This place was really a pleasant surprise. The pizza good, not amazing but definitely above average and better than most pizza buffets. The fried was also really good and above average. I enjoyed the food I was eating too much to waste space by going to the salad bar but my wife did and she enjoyed it. It looked good and like it was well stocked with all fresh items. Everything on the buffet line was up pretty fresh. There are a few things that we’re getting low, but they were immediately bringing out fresh replacements of anything that wasn’t what it should be. The staff is nice. They’ve got an ice cream cone machine and dessert. Pizzas Great place to stop at the family we came for the lunch special. I don’t know how much it is normally but it was 15 bucks a person for lunch special and that was a good price for a good meal.

You can’t leave here hungry if you like good ole Midwest fare! See the photos. This is a hearty buffet. Good salads, pizza, chicken, hot choices, plus the ice cream machine for a side to the luscious dessert choices. We went when there was complementary coffee as well!
I highly recommend it, especially for the hungry! Casual.

I would’ve given all 5 stars in the booth hadn’t had dried ice cream on the wall. For what it is, a pizza buffet, it is the best one I’ve ever been to!!!!
The food was fantastic! I had Hawaiian cheese stuffed crust pizza, fried chicken with mashed potatoes, gravy and stuffing and a salad from their great little salad bar! I was shocked at how good it was for only $15 per person! Drinks are included! Downside, they only have Pepsi products and I’m a Coke drinker but I liked that it was included in the price!
Great place for a quick stop while traveling across country!! It also says kids eat free on Tuesday’s!

First time to this location. Seemed time, when came in.
Decor seemed fresh. Lots of room for seating. This location doesn’t give drink glasses at the cashier, they are just at drink location.
Seated ourselves, started with our plates, not much to choice from on pizza area. Waited nothing brought was cheese, and pepperoni pizza. Didn’t have to special order one. (I thought).
Fried chicken looked really good & tasted great.(Was cooked in fresh oil), truly appreciate that.
There was a young lady clearing the tables. She walked past a chicken bone on the carpet by the coffee & napkin area. (like 5-6 times). When I was walking up to buffet area, I walked to her advised she might want to grab it, so folks don’t continue to get grease everywhere.
▪︎Watched from our table for 15 minutes No desert pizza. I went to front desk, to wait for employee to ask for some, I stood up there for another 10 minutes. I even went and pushed the door with my cane to see if it would trigger someone to come out to the counter, but nothing. Mind you I am handicap, and it is painful to stand so long. But I did it, finally a employee came out, he states just one, I stated I already paid, he then recognized me, I asked about chocolate chip cookie from the desert bar, had been waiting for desert pizza & it. He stated was Out of choc cookie. I advised they should have posted a sign, for customers.
▪︎ While there another customer came up, to pay. She asked about the reward card for pizza ranch. He handed her one, told her she had to go on-line to register, he did swip it for her already $ 50.00 meal for 3 people. Employee just handed it to her. Customer then headed to seating area, I advised her to call, to add this purschase to her rewards card.
It was sad to see such poor customer service.
▪︎Also this location does not keep napkins at each table. This is strange, as pizza & fried chicken are greasy.
▪︎This not a cheap meal for a family. Beware this location, is not 5 star location.

I had never been into a Pizza Ranch. My first impression was clean. There was one staff member constantly cleaning. The next was courteous. The cleaning employee was picking up empty plates from diners (very nice when he came by my table) visiting briefly with customers as he worked. The men’s bathroom was clean. The salad bar has lots of variety. It’s a decent salad bar with lots of veggies, salads (macaroni, potato, etc), pudding, numerous dressings and two kinds of soup. There is also desert pizza (very tasty) and soft serve ice cream. Also, it appears drinks come with the price of the adult buffet. I paid $12.99 for the adult lunch buffet on a Thursday. Apparently they are mindful of disinfecting because the cleaning person (who I just heard say he owns the store) put a disinfecting sign on a table that needed to be cleaned and the sign stayed there till the table was wiped down. I think they care here. I’ll be back!

Ok so I brought my small family here for an intimate little birthday lunch.. and the food was great. And so was the show. Someone who was there before us had lost an iphone. The staff did the respectable thing and asked around if anyone had seen it or picked it up. A large group of folks that were likely seated where the person was before when they lost their phone.. and so the staff asked very nicely once again, if they were sure.. and from my own experience, when you’re politely being asked a question like this.. if you’re innocent, you’d say no. (Me personally, I’d definitely look around the area, and even rationally… Check my kids because kids can be sneaky… And I’d make sure there was zero electronics devices in my groups possession before getting unruly and causing a loud and incredibly disrespectful, very erratic display in front of my children.) Ultimately causing their requested removal from the premises, which was the appropriate response to their disruptive attitudes when it was just someone was looking for a very expensive piece of equipment that they had a tracker on, which is how they knew it was there… Which leads me to believe that they were so offended because they did indeed have the device. When you’re lying, you get ultra defensive at the audacity of anyone even questioning your moral compass.. if you’re innocent, you’d respond more respectfully and calm. Because that woman wasn’t accusing, she was asking again, doing her due diligence to help recover lost (probably stolen) property. The moral here.. the staff at pizza ranch responded professionally. My kids aren’t just automatically absolved from the possibility that maybe they picked it up and had a wild hair and thought they could get away with it. I’d have at least looked into it before assuming, or taking it as the staff as accusing us.. Just saying. Good job blonde lady at Pizza Ranch. Well done. They were rowdy and unruly given the circumstances.

I went with a big school group, and I went to ask if they had gluten free pizza, I looked it up before going, to make sure I had something to eat and would not have to pack food. I went and asked and this worker looked at me and said they did not have it here. Later I asked one of the adults with the school that was also gluten free what they were eating, and he told he ordered a gluten free pizza, and the same lady who lied to my face about that being an option handed him one. I feel letting people go hungry instead of doing your job is absolutely horrendous.
