I’ve been here several times but the past few have gotten worse. I ordered a chicken sandwich and when I picked it up it was an old wrinkled chicken tender on a bun. I tried one bite but it was so dry and hard I couldn’t eat it. It used to be an actual good breaded chicken breast. Not sure what happened but I’m not coming back.
I wasn’t aware your business was so fragile I can’t leave a review. I felt the need to address the situation and this is how I dealt with it. I know the difference between a chicken tender and a chicken breast, it took up 1/2 of the bun, was old and had obviously been there for a while. I bought it on Sunday and left the review because of experience at Robo’s reminded how terrible your food was. Maybe next time don’t be awful and you might have won a customer back, now there is no way me or family members will be coming to you. Way to show that customer service
