I live up the street from this Waffle House location and they always get my order wrong. I have to come back literally every time they are rude and disrespectful catches attitude after I come back and tell them this is the wrong order. I have to travel 13 minutes just to enjoy a customer service experience at another location.

Love the crew at Valley Ave! I placed an order online one morning & there was a bit of a wait due to how busy they were (no biggie, it was a Sunday after church hours). But the food made the wait totally worth it!! My bacon was cooked to perfection & the grits were the best I’ve had from anywhere in a very long time! The sweet young lady who packed my order made sure I had all the condiments I needed.
