Pleasant fast food atmosphere. Food was subpar. Fries were good. But I tossed most of the roast beef sandwich into the trash. Roast beef was room temperature and very rare. Seemed undercooked. I stop here when I come through town. Usually very good. Bad day today.

We do not have this chain where I live so when we visit I love to go here.
The burger was extremely dry & cold. I asked for any packs of condiments since we were carrying out. I was told use the bar. I would not eat anything from there!! Dirty, Brown lettuce & just disgusting. Will not go back.

Food has been getting smaller as prices go up, less of a full meal any longer for the price. Quality is good so I guess that’s the trade off. Definitely not in a hurry to scoot through a line of customers though.

The past few times i have ordered from this location they are out of the baked beans, missing fixin cups, bacon on a bacon cheeseburger, incorrect drink and wrong sizes. this place usually is great but now it has gone down somewhat in recent history. Order a cranberry lemonade get a regular, order fixin cup dont get that, order large get med, order baked beans get fries. what is going no with this place rencently?

The spicy chicken sandwich is No comparison to the Popeyes chicken sandwich. The fries were still good, but Roy’s fries are now skinny ☹️. Good service from Ryan, Luis and the crew.

Was looking forward to trying this location, as I haven’t yet. Walked inside to place a to go order. I paid for a 12 piece chicken, only got 9. Ordered three sauces, got none. Make sure you check your order before you leave. I didn’t until I got home. It was before 5pm on a Tuesday, so they weren’t busy at the time.

Worst Roy’s I’ve eaten at. The burger was compressed by possibly a vice. The French fries were both burnt too hard to eat and they were also undercooked. I’m still not sure how that would happen. Either way this is my last visit to this location. It’s the same food here all the time but the first time I’ve rated them and posted pictures. They need to do some quality checks prior to giving food to customers.

They hire kids very often. You either get a normal wait time or a very long wait time. I just had to wait about 15 minutes in the drive through just for the food to be cold and I saw everyone just talking through the window

I been coming to this location for over 30 years on and off and never had a issue but was pretty disappointed with this evening’s visit.. the Young men behind the counter were not very customer friendly and acted like they didn’t want to be there even when I tried to engage in friendly conversation… And the food sucked nothing was fresh.. one sandwich was given to me on a bun that was split so the sandwich pretty much fell apart and don’t get me started on the chicken sandwich changing your oil every now and then might help the Bacon cheese burger looked like it was microwaved we’re kept in a warmer way too long just not good… And the chicken tenders were and rubbery.. I spend dam near 50$ On over priced garage Roy’s I love you please do better I’m a long time customer find people that take pride in your restaurant you can do better than this!!
