They food was good. we dinned in the only complaint I have is they don’t really attend people that dine in. On the other hand Shannon is a awesome employee I always see her there even tho it’s busy she never has a bad attitude and always makes the effort to help. Shannon deserves a raise!!! Also the grinch fries are not it food was good tho!

I ordered online through the APP. When I arrive for some reason they keep asking for my mobile order number. I have to repeat my self 4-5 times along with pronouncing the numbers individually. In my order I ordered medium fries w/ No salt along with other items. Whole purpose of ordering this much is to play monopoly game. I receive my food few things disappointed me, 1. Large drink had no peel off sticker & medium fries too
, 2. Fries had salt on them I then tried to call the restaurant and I get hanged up on then I call back again and left on ring. How are customers able to call back and give input on their order when something goes wrong? I live 15mins away from this place. I don’t want to drive another 15mins back.

I went to this place this afternoon and I think there was a mistake, either the cashier’s or mine, when I processed the payment. He charged me for a different order, and I noticed and told another cashier. The manager came out very angry, and I told them it was easy, they just need to fix it and give me the change because my order was for less money than what was charged. The manager’s response was, “Tell him there’s no change.” I asked, “Why?” and she angrily repeated, “Tell him there’s no change,” even though my order was for less money. Of course, the manager is Latina, and I’m Latino too, but she was doing a terrible job. Finally, a manager, I think from the Middle East, came and was kind, resolved the issue, and gave me my change. The change was almost $6. They should train their managers; they can’t treat a customer badly, much less refuse to give them change just because they’re angry.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s today. The service was terrible and the customer service was extremely poor.

The cashier showed no patience while attending customers and responded in a rude and disrespectful manner. Instead of doing her job professionally, she spoke to customers aggressively.

As customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately that was not the case today. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the quality of customer service at this location.

The drive thru was fairly quick and easy. We did have to wait for a few minutes but I suppose that means they’re making it fresh so that’s nice. The food (double cheeseburger ketchup only, fries and a shake) was good but I will say, considering I only wanted ketchup on my burger, they could’ve given a little more. They was not much on there. But otherwise the food was delicious.

Obviously I love McDonald’s and it always tastes the same. But the service and food being put together has been downhill (Big Mac with middle and bottom bun switched, cheeseburgers with no cheese, happy meal with no toy, etc). We still like McDs and stop by but have been going less cause there’s usually something wrong and it’s just not worth the disappointment/hassle of paying for something that’s wrong/missing.

Today I was in the store. I ordered the food on the window. There is a lady with a short hair. She does not have good customer service. I talk to the manager the manager she keeps saying 00 my God so bad I told her no you need to talk to your employee in this store. I do not recommend nobody coming here Because very bad bad customer service they have. I will not recommend all my friends to stop by the store. This is the second time very bad store. Very bad employees very bad Manager very bad customer service. .

I ordered food from drive through with my workers and when i went Inside to use the restroom and explained i ordered Food from drive through. The lady was being rude and kept telling me to buy something to use the restroom like i telling her i just Ordered food. And she ignored me and kept walking away kept telling me to order. I told Her to ring me up for a small cup going to give me coffee and then told me to go to the restroom. That’s rude

The buzzards at the stop sign should’ve been my first clue, but naw. I did it anyway. I ordered a Big Mac meal. But someone in the kitchen doesn’t get the concept of the Big Mac. When I opened it the first time, the top section had no meat. I took it to the cashier and it was so funny, we both laughed. That made it again, only for me to get to the table, and it’s exactly the same again, just with more cheese. I laughed and tried to eat it anyway, I laughed uncontrollably every time I tried to bite into it. Absolutely hilarious experience.

Today, at the McDonald’s drive-thru, I must say you are fortunate that I did not catch your name. The service was abysmal; when I requested additional salt, I was met with a very unpleasant smirk instead of a smile. There was a complete lack of customer service. I am left to ponder whether there is a language barrier, but the treatment of customers is simply unacceptable.
