I have Been a regular here for years and I always come back To this Del Taco for many reasons ..

Sometimes it gets a little busy And they can be very shortstaffed , but it’s worth the wait. They always make up for it with their customer service .
The best Cashier’s that I have came across so far is liam, ivonne , also

By the name of Brianna always provide’s me with great service , they Always have a positive attitude

I decided to try another Del Taco near my office. I think I like this one better than the one that’s closer. The other one has too many sketchy people wandering around the place. That doesn’t appear to be the case here.

I’ve been to this one twice now. The food was good both times. There was little interaction with the employees. They encourage you to use the ordering kiosk. They seem friendly though.

I’m having my daughter write this as I don’t speak English.
I’ve always come to this Del taco because it’s closer to my job and each time I come I’m always greeted by everyone. I always enjoy coming here because the young cashier is always kind and provides me fast service and the food is always fresh. Well today I came as usual probably around 10-11am it seems that they were understaffed and the young lady cashier seems very overwhelmed but still try to be nice and an older woman had to take my order and after she took my order it was taking a while to get my food and I stood to wait. As I was waiting the older woman was being very rude and hostile to this young lady and after the whole rant yelling and tossing things , I saw packets of sauce on the floor and it looked all messy. The older woman went to the back and the young cashier gave me my food I saw she was crying and when she spoke you couldn’t understand her because she was crying. I felt bad told her to have a better day. I hope the young cashier with the color hair she sees this comment and hope she quits. This was the most horrible encounter I’ve ever had.

This place is rude and terrible. Came here in 2/14/26 and only 2 rude females employees working. Very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend any paying customer to visit this location. Location was very dirty and long wait in line. 30mins or better. Doesn’t deserve 1 star.

Del Taco is a great fast food restaurant, but it’s the employees that make the whole experience something worth coming back for. My daughter and I were treated so rudely by the 2 ladies who work in the evening that we will not be coming back. Not for all the coupons in the world. Additionally, I contacted them through their website, and they sent me a coupon for the store where I was treated rudely and said I would never go back. Thanks

As soon as we walked in the person taking orders asked if we want the meal deal for $5..I said no because we Came specifically to have their cheeseburgers because my nephew who is 7 and niece (3) had a desire to have cheeseburgers! they were out! They said they didn’t have any meat patty’s? No burger patty’s ? They settled for the meal deal. When we got our drinks, they were out of lids..? My nephew asked for ranch for his fries… they wanted .75 cents !!!! Absolutely not! I just spent $20
On food and they wanted another .75 cents.

RATING “1”: When my friend & I were going to order at the drive through one evening this week (Oct 24th or 25th), we could BARELY HEAR the GIRL’S VOICE on the INTERCOM & when we asked her to speak louder, it didn’t improve. When we wanted to ORDER the ORANGE CREAM SHAKE, she said the MACHINE was BROKEN What he told me is that is what they say when they don’t want to make a shake because then they will have to clean the machine! He used to work at Del Taco. (It wasn’t even that late at night!)

RATING “5”: When we stopped by two nights later on October 27th, there was a guy who took our order who was FANTASTIC & had no problems speaking loud enough to be heard on the intercom & getting us the ORANGE CREAM SHAKE!!! That’s the “DIFFERENCE” between an employee who wants to PLEASE the customer & one who is TOO LAZY to speak up when it comes to the intercom & can’t be “bothered” to make a shake!

Hashbrowns were cold and they didn’t give me the bottle of water I was charged for. When I asked for the water she said they were out of bottled water. So why did you charge me? Total attitude, acted like I was the one who made the mistake. I guess I did by coming here. Lady, If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on the customers.

There are lots of free parking spaces available. Staff are very friendly. Lots of indoor seating available, but no patio seating. The food was as good as expected. Tables were dirty and needed more constant cleaning.

I had an incident today came in the restaurant this morning my son had to use the restroom I accidentally forgot my wallet and employee by the name of Jovi walked in the restroom right after me. Once I notice my wallet missing I went back to ask if anyone had turned in a wallet. The kind employee I wish I remembered her name assisted me by asking Jovi as I pointed out she walked in right after I came out. Jovi said no she didn’t see a wallet. The kind employee assisted me in providing me the managers contact as well as got my information in case anyo e turned it in Jovi wouldn’t look at me at all I left and decided to make a u turn and returned to the restaurant and ask Jovi myself I was here in the morning you walked right in after I came out then proceeded to tell her I will have to make a police report immediately she asked me for my ID to proof the wallet was mine went to the back and gave me my wallet. Its the dishonesty of someone working for customer service. Please note there was nothing of value aside of debit cards, Driver license, that is replaceable and information of my daughter who is currently fighting cancer was the most valuable thing in that wallet.
