The place only had one person dining in. There was a sign upon entering to seat ourselves. The waitress came by asked us if we’d like anything to drink. We placed our order for drinks and she was pretty fast. We then placed our meal order and the food was brought to us fairly quickly. The tortillas chips that were brought to us and unfortunately I didnt get a picture looked like it was someone elses leftovers. Mid through our meal the waitress removed our tortilla chips from the table. My son was still eating off his plate when she decided to pick it up and ask him if he was done eating. I was like oh my goodness what in the world? My sons dad had asked for an extra coke and she must’ve totally forgotten because she went to serve other guests and I waited to make eye contact with her to raise the empty coke bottle as a reminder that we were waiting. She brought one over and apologized. We finished our meal paid and placed an order for one single take home taco for my 5 year old which took forever to get. The food was delicious but the service not so good. I probably won’t go here in the future.

Great atmosphere with plenty of music and a TV in the dinning room, service was excellent with clean tables and prompt attention…food was a bit bland…We ordered a tamale and the flavor was missing.

Stopped by for a quick bite but our order of tacos took after 40 minutes by the time we got our food in the table the Gordita that was ordered the cheese was solid cold. The tacos were still at a good temperature. What I liked regardless of the waiting was that this location their meat was not greasy and that it has so much space to sit down.

I really should have listened to the latest reviews. First of all if I wanted a burrito with rice I would have gone to chipotle! We all know they have the best cilantro lime rice in the area. Nowhere in the menu it says the burrito has rice! I asked for the lettuce and tomatoes on the side because I had a long drive and I had to heat it up when I got home. No lettuce or tomatoes in my bag. The other comments were right, Taco Bell gives you more meat than what I got today. I even think my taco had more meat than the burrito! But don’t worry I got plenty of unwanted rice and waited more than I should in the drive thru. Very disappointing!

I have previously love steak tacos each visit. This visit they served me steak nachos no cheese. I had to drive all the way back from Oak Lawn. I told them that’s not a mistake you would make you know what you are giving people. Consistency is king. 3 stars is because it was good eats til this.

I’ve been buying tacos from this location for over a year and recently they started to be cheap with their meat portion. I am by no means cheap, but for $4 bucks a taco and barely any meat on the tacos?! The tacos used to be full of meat. These last two times have been very disappointing. I called and complained to the manager, but I guess they don’t care. Which is okay, but they won’t see another dollar from me. Carnicería Maribel on Cermak and wood is where the real tacos are at. Those are worth $4-5 bucks. The owner is going to lose a lot of business!

The service was good, very nice lady at the window… my complaint is about the food… we ordered 3 burritos and these were the smallest, thinnest burritos I’ve ever seen . I’ve been here years before and they were never this small they used to be double this size ….they changed the size but not the price . I’m very unsatisfied with this and will stick to somewhere else . I feel completely ripped off . My friend had come over and even she was like no, that’s not a burrito what the hell is that ? I’m pretty upset I paid as much as I did for damn rolled up tacos . Smh

Food sucks. It tasted bad. No flavor…seems it was reheated. Business is slow for this location. I can see why now. Constantly long wait times for food even when there are no customers. Barely any meat on tacos that I waited 25 min for. Never again!
