One of the best sonics we have been to the service was good food was some of the best. A lot of sonic hamburgers look like that have been sitting around to long.thease looked good I wish I had remembered to take a pic.

We ordered through the app, had to wait 24 extra minutes after our pick up time. Just to get the wrong order, luckily we were still at the location when we noticed this. When we called for help a woman came out and took back the food ( burger I had open to check to make sure it didn’t have pickles) saying the carhop just took food without asking. When we got our correct food, the food was cold and it was basically push through my window before I could roll it down all the way. There wasn’t even an apology or anything. The customer service was unprofessional.

It’s Sonic so what can I say. If you’ve eaten there you know what to expect. If you haven’t you really should give it a try. Personal favorite large chili cheese tater tots with extra chili and extra cheese and a route 44 coke.

had to turn back around and get slushies remade because I was handed two melted DRINKS and then was “remade” but was also just watery sugar drinks nothing about them frozen at all which then I proceeded to call the store and was met with a Sophia who needs to find a career path outside of customer Service. I ordered ahead on the app to get there and wait more than 40 minutes before a kid asked me about my order to then find out it was basically dying in the window waiting for someone to bring it out. Food was missing and made incorrectly. The food we did get was soggy, luke warm and our drinks all watered down and melted. Do better management. No compensation was even considered.

Food is predictably good. The service was good and the wait time acceptable. As the name suggests, Sonic is indeed a drive-in. As such, the atmosphere is contingent upon the atmosphere of your vehicle.

This is not a knock on this location, but more against the Sonic chain as a whole. We just went there and my wife ordered the #11 which is a chicken sandwich with crinkle fries, and a coke. The crispy chicken combo is $9.79, and the chicken is so thin that it is ridiculous! I took a picture for reference. Also, the crinkle cut fries suck. Please bring back the normal fries you had. Again, not a knock on this location as typically it is our go to Sonic. The one a few blocks away (Boat Club Rd) is just not consistent. Sonic as a whole needs to do better!

Placed my order 10 minutes ago on the app for 2 drinks only. I arrived and checked in right away but I’m still waiting on my order. It’s not even busy, there’s only one car parked in front of me, no one beside me on the curbside pickup or the other stalls. A truck that arrived after me already got their food and left.

I waited and waited for my order, which was already prepared. When I went and informed an employee about my mobile order, the employee almost immediately brought it out. The restaurant was not busy. When the employee brought it out, there was no apology or anything. I don’t want to go back to this location.

First time ordering actual food from here instead of just drinks, and not only did the burger I received not come with any of the condiments it said it came with when I ordered, it didn’t come with any of the add ons I asked for either. Wouldn’t be that big of a deal if it was just an oversight or didn’t get typed in, but it’s literally on the receipt and now I’m 30 minutes from this location with a plain, dry, burger. And the restaurant will not answer any calls either.
