The minute I walked in I heard offensive music playing in the kitchen. I thought that the staff was unsupervised until I saw the manager right there with them. Lyrics filled with profanity that dont belong in a business. The manager helped me with my order, which took forever, was somehow still cold when I got it, and she never once smiled or even looked me in the eye. I got the impression I was an annoyance to them, interrupting their good time. If I owned this place I would fire them all. Disgusting attitudes that will bring this business to an end.

This place is an absolute joke. The staff couldn’t care less. The management doesnt care. The food is always missing, or wrong, and thats if they’re even open when they are supposed to be. I’ve never seen a staff not care about their jobs so much. Fire all of them and hire teenagers. They’ll do a better job.

I feel sorry for the bearded female manager, I will pray for her and ask the lord to give her strength. Watching her kitchen loose control reminded me of a juvenile detention documentary. She should fire every single one of them. 10 people in the kitchen, one had a liquor bottle. One was getting high at the front door, I saw a chicken nugget food fight, a argument at the drive through window with 3 girls. 3 had phones out to video that exciting moment and nobody was making my food. The bearded manager looked at me and said. Kids these days. And shook her head and walked in the back.

Absolutely the worst McDonalds I get the “pleasure” to experience. It’s the closest one to me and I use is as rarely as I can because I know the service is going to be dreadful with the chances of my order actually being correct AND fresh at about 10% at the highest. Then when you have the audacity to let them know they messed up they genuinely couldn’t care less more often then not and will literally plop the fixed food down in front of of you when you’re standing RIGHT THERE making eye contact with them. Absolute failure of a location from top to bottom. 0/5 stars at its absolute BEST.

The employees at this location are always rude. They make you wait at the speaker for ages, and have an attitude whenever you order. If you order more than one item they will give you a nasty tone and say “Is that all?”. The food is never correct, the inside of the store is disgusting, and it’s not worth the wait. You would actually save time by driving to another McDonalds than wait in their line forever. And even if you do wait, the food will be ice cold. I swear they prepare all the food a day before and microwave it.

Waited nearly an hour for food in the dining room. I ordered at the kiosk so was trying to just get my money back after a while, because it was $25. No one cared or listened to me to send the manager to the front for a refund. I could hear her yelling in the back. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Burger was raw, i cant eat that. That is disgusting. I know there is a such thing as medium rare but that should not be the default. No thanks. And it had an eyelash in the cheese. The heck?! Never again at this location.
