I placed an order on the phone and was told it would be 25 mins till done. I show up and they don’t even have my order in the system. I waited and this is what I got. Don’t know why the food was cold considering it takes me 5 mins to drive there and back yet it’s not hot. barley and shrimp but all rice. The bag was also covered in sauce aswell. The rice on the sushi is soggy and looked like they rushed to get it done. They also wasn’t busy either when I came in only 2 people were eating inside and that was it. Spent over $50 at Ginza and this is what I get. Don’t eat here unless you want your food to be sloppy and cold. This is disgusting.

This was our first time visiting this location. My family of 4 sat for hibachi. We waited at the table for over 20 minutes due to them waiting to fill the rest of the table. We didn’t get refills during this wait and couldn’t even order. Once they finally filled the table they allowed us to order, which they didn’t even bring us our sons drink so we had to flag them down. If we would’ve known they wouldn’t have let us order for that long we would’ve sat at a normal table. We ordered an appetizer which never came and when I asked about it I was told that the waitress decided not to put it in because she was “too busy”. Which would’ve been great to know in advance. The food was basic but portions good and showman ship was lacking. We were peer pressured into a tip and wasn’t given the time to click custom (because 20% was not deserved at this point). The waitress literally hovered over with the device to leave a tip and wouldn’t let it go and rushed off. It’s a very tight seated area and I watched cook squeeze a cart full of food between an aisle and watch peoples jackets and hair touch the food.

The server was very rude. Didn’t seat us and didn’t get our drinks. Also just had a terrible attitude. While we were sitting and waiting for them to come and get our drink order, they ran by with a bad attitude and asked if we were there for take out or mobile order… we were sitting at the table! I was kind and polite. But I was an inconvenience to the server. Guy seemed like he was on drugs. We walked out and will not be going back.

Horrible horrible service. Two different times we had horrible hibachi waitresses. Tonight, we ordered three sushi meals, 5 dinners on hibachi grill and got the sushi 30 min. Apart. she spilled my drink right in front of me trying to fill my glass and I was given a rag to clean it myself and she didn’t come back to get the dirty rags. She apologized a lot but, terrible waitress. 2 different times. We were there for 2 hours and they were not busy. Finally at the end she tells me to leave 15% tip. What the heck was she thinking. Even got our own boxes for our whole table. She was no where for 45 min. The worst part is the mess she made and left for me to clean. Needless to say. Not going back. They need to step up their game in the service department. The food itself was good by the chef if you can stand to spend hours there. Good luck!

I have had high hopes for this restaurant for quite some time. Poor service and lack luster food. We were extremely unimpressed.
• The service was virtually absent. I asked for a drink menu and the waitress told me it was on the website. I looked through the menus on the website and could not find it. At least have a QR Code on the menu to scan or something. She also did not ask if I wanted a drink after telling me to look online.
• We waited at least 40 minutes for food.
• The miso had calamari in it? But no seaweed or tofu?
• His filet mignon meal was 2/3 fried rice and overcooked. They also covered at least an entire onion with the beef, making the steak meal probably 6 or 7 oz of overcooked meat.
• My sushi took longer than his steak by about 10 minutes total. The sushi wasn’t good enough for what they have it priced at, and the size of the rolls are not advertised.
We will not be returning.

Went to eat there and our service was going well until my server AN asked about her tip.
Here’s the story I was still enjoying my food I had paid with card no tip on there because I leave the tip in cash and she sees I put $0 on the card tip & tells me No Tip ?? Why!? I was shocked I looked at her like wowww yes I’m going to tip you let me just finish.

Biggest waste of $60 ever. Me and wife wanted to eat out and I was craving hibachi. The first two times we went it was amazing. But this time it was TRASH. The wait was an hour. And right as our cook came out me and my wife looked behind us and The Whole table… everyone left there plates full. We didn’t want to be rude and walk out but we both whispered that it’s a big sign the food is garbage. Our chef was nice but he can’t cook, OR the restaurant changed their recipe for the worst. The rice was fresh which is a RED flag(day old or should be dried out a bit), he made my steak blue rare instead of medium rare and also NO sear, everything else tasted like teriyaki sauce. Instead of seasoning anything he just soaked everything in teriyaki. Nothing had a sear so it had a weird texture. Only good thing was my sushi! Which I ate so fast I didn’t get a photo.

Dont recommend this place. My fam had bento box. Looks really good in the outside but all the rice they used fr sushi isnt fresh. My husband nd one of my daughter got really bad rice that already spoiled nd that kind of rice will send u to the hospital. We are asian family so we know better what rice to eat and not. My other daughter got sushi bento and her sushi are spoiled. Supposedly fresh sushi felt warm. We spent over 100 nd its not worth the food at all, the fast food joint did better than that fr the same amount of money. We cme bcz of the good reviews google put it on but check yelp for the honest reviews. My bday is spoiled by bad lunch and we are not happy. Thanks ginza fr making my day felt like trash

First time at the establishment. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean, this includes the bathroom. The food was very good. I got the steak and salmon, chicken, pot stickers, salad and soup. A lot of food for the $.
