Stopped in for a Panda Bowl on Wok Wednesday.
Had me fried some rice with honey walnut shrimp on top.
Okay here we go… Very basic lunch ($8.50) with water to drink. Why u ask that I get the same thing each visit? The secret is in their hot mustard (not really hot). Dip the shrimp in the sauce and your taste buds will respect u again. You don’t get this old without learning a few tricks.
P.S. my wife had a Panda bowl too, noodles with bejing beef on top. No sauce needed.
P.P.S. in case Panda reads this, your wok Wednesday game is ok, just need to up the prizes to make it better.

This place was filthy hand prints on the windows and doors. Dirty tables and seats, trash and food on the floor. Food was cold and the black pepper chicken was black pepper celery and onions didn’t get any chicken in it. The staff is nice but won’t come back.

What is going on at this location ? We drove up with a little bit of a wait time in the drive through , sometimes expected which is fine . There is about 5 cars ahead of us and we literally havnt moved in 30 min . Meanwhile we witnessed 14 people get off of their vehicles go inside and order food and were serviced and out the door !!!! We would have drove off but were stuck between all the cars .As soon as we could squeeze out we left and all those cars were still waiting while people were being served faster inside. Don’t recommend if you dont have an hour to spend here waiting .

Went at around 9:30 pm and the service was wonderful. The manager offered to make fresher servings of what was available. Definitely appreciated this and would come back just because this manager did a great job of making me feel welcome and the food was great!

Unfortunately this was a less than appealing visit to Panda Express. The employee that served us was kind and efficient, but we were disappointed in the serving size that we received. So little meat for the price. Lots and lots of rice, but hardly any entree.
The other thing that was disappointing was the flavor of the rice, or lack thereof. It literally had no flavor. It was so so bland. I’ve never had this type of experience at a Panda Express.
The restaurant was quite dirty with no care being paid to the tables and getting them cleaned after customers left.
Unlikely that we will return to this location. Definitely room for improvement.

I always go through the drive-through at panda express. What a surprise when I’m sitting behind a another vehicle at the drive-through window. And he’s just sitting there. They haven’t given him his food yet. We sat there for about 10 minutes waiting waiting. I finally give them a call because hey you know well there was two cars behind me that left so they lost two orders. Also, by the time I got my order, which had probably been sitting there waiting for me for all those minutes and well, it just wasn’t as good as it used to be Kung pow chicken and The rice was dry. And there was no sauce at all and that’s probably what made it so dry. It had sit too long. I mean I could’ve left myself. I could’ve just left, but I didn’t. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and so this is what happened they should’ve thrown it out and given me a new order. It was just a bowl white rice and Kung pow chicken so I have to give them the stars that I have….

Terrible experience today. Corporate needs to be ashamed. Why keep the restaurant open when clearly it’s short staffed and hardly any food options? Leftover food was stale. The tables were unclean. Then the server has the audacity to tell me that I have one serving left of the dish and fresh batch will take 10 minutes or more. No broccoli and they didn’t even care to update the online menu. I can’t understand why the restaurant industry is not held to the same standard as other industries.

I’m not a “review” kind of guy. But when a restaurant has a phone, employees to answer the phone, and actually answers said phone…. I expect to be able to place an order. They do not take orders over the phone as to force you to go to their app and give them your personal information. Not many options for drive through Asian food in Lubbock but I’ll certainly be finding a new one. Absurd policy, crappy service, awful drive through, and sub par food.

If I could rate a 0 for service I would . Walked into the restaurant and no acknowledgment from staff. Waited to order food a good 5 minutes before anyone asked to help. That’s after the girl walked right in front of me and fidgeted with a to go order first. Customer service now days I guess is hard to come by. At least , I’ll be with you in a moment . But nope. This next generations worked ethics are sad.

Placed a mobile order an hour ahead of time. When we got there my husband went inside and ask if the order was ready. They said it was a long wait. After 15 mins my husband came back to the car to wait and we went through the drive through. After 15 more minutes of waiting my husband went back inside and was told to wait more. Then we I drove up to the window I was told by Amy the worker to just go inside and wait again. She was beyond rude. I told her I would not move and I would wait at the window. She raised her voice and said “no you won’t! I am getting my manager.” I told her to please get the manager so I could tell him we have been waiting almost an hour for an order placed almost two hours ago. The manager never came to the window and all of sudden the food appeared. Cold and hard. Amy should not have a job in customer service. I didnt spend $50 to eat trash and be yelled at by a rude employee.
