I work down the street and I went through drive thru on Fat Tuesday for lunch at 12pm. I was giving up fast food for Lent and wanted one last Whopper before my 40 days. Drive thru was fast for a lunch rush. I wish I had taken a picture of my food, but I was impressed. It was the prettiest hamburger I have ever had. It literally looked like the one in the picture on the menu and commercials. It was hot and fresh, as were the onion rings. Hands down the best Burger King I ever had. The lady at the window (I’m guessing manager) was so sweet and polite. She offered me a crown and I took it home to my son.
I’m confused how these reviews are so bad. I will definitely be back. Try it for yourself.

I’m Uber Eats delivery driver I received multiple orders today for this location of Burger King every time I came the lady told me that we are out of stock. If you are out of stock please turn off your Uber portal because we are still getting orders this time. I travelled more than 10 miles to get here and they said we are out of stock every time we cancel the order we don’t get paid and we are putting our effort for the last order. I talked to the customer. I told him that they don’t have double cheeseburger he said okay what else they have I’m ready to take anything else. I went to the restaurant and I told them that customer is saying if you don’t have double cheeseburger, you can give me something else. Can you tell me what you have so I can let him know? They said we cannot do that if you cannot do that please don’t take orders. It’s my third time I came here today and every time I came, you told me we are out of stock.

Never fails when I go to this food chain location, they upgraded the restaurant but the staff is a joke! I sat in the drive through waiting to be acknowledged and I got nothing. Even said “hello” a few times and got nothing reply!

If I could do 0 stars I would. Ordered a simple chicken sandwich at 9:41 PM. No cars behind me, young lady tells me to pull up to the front and they’d bring it me. Forward to 9:54 PM I still have no sandwich. Go inside to check and the lady looked so confused and said “wait what? Oh I’m so sorry we forgot about it.”

I ordered through the self kiosk and I was given the option of Diet Dr Pepper as the drink but this is NOT available. The Coke Zero was also out. I told the staff and all I got was a “sorry”. The ketchup was out too, horrible on who manages the ordering product at this establishment.

On October 11th 2025 manager, Carlos stood to the side while one of his employees assaulted my 16 year-old daughter verbally and physically. My daughter start working there in June of this year. She made multiple complaints about the 26-year-old predator “Jashawn Perkins” that was making advances towards her and another 15-year-old after they informed him of their ages and needless to say nothing was done about it. So, I as a parent went up there to speak with the manager, Carlos. I was immediately approach by the predator “Jashawn” I asked to speak with management. He informed me he was the district manager “the predator that is” I said no sir. I need to speak with your manager. He then tells me my daughter is rude disrespectful amongst a bunch of other names. I asked Carlos to step outside So I could speak with him, but He was unable to control his employee who came outside with us and tried to intimidate, bully and verbally assault me all while Carlos stood there with a clipboard in his hand. So after the altercation happened, they allowed the predator to stay in the building on the clock working after physically harming my 16yr old daughter and after the cops were called and also after I informed them that he is INDEED stealing customers credit card information as well.. Yes, I did reach out to corporate “ Rafael” and the actual district manager Joel before any of this occurred and they still did nothing..” I called and left messages and no one would even answer or return the voicemails”Everything that I’ve stated can be proven so if you plan on eating their please TAKE CASH‼️‼️ and hide your daughters…..

New look, same bad service! Placed order on app for pick up, half of what I ordered they either didn’t have or were out of. No help, just “go on app for customer support” which takes 48 hours or however long it takes to get a response.

This is the second time I came here and I’ve gotten egg on my croissant. I don’t understand how hard it is to not put egg on a croissant when all I ask for was sausage and cheese. Sad thing is every time I’ve came there they have no biscuits it’s like they get scared to cook biscuits or something I’m not sure what the deal is without love to have just a sausage and cheese biscuit or at least a sausage and cheese croissant. There’s no way somebody to run a tight shift if this is the hardest thing to do is put just sausage and cheese like I have asked.
