We picked up a to go order and I was shocked. My burrito bowl was half full. There’s tons of sour cream when I didn’t ask for extra, next to no chicken, and hardly any lettuce when I requested extra. My son’s quesadilla was literally a folded in half tortilla and they left items off of our order. The extra tortillas we ordered on the side weren’t even fully wrapped. The quality is so shockingly bad that I don’t even want it at this point. I don’t think we will be ordering Chipotle again especially from this location.

Horrible service. My cheese wasn’t melted on my quesadilla amd they gave me a tablespoon at best of sour cream. Can tell they totally did not care about their service. Also my bowl had maybe 8 pieces of chicken. Gone are the days of chipotle actually filling their bowls like in the early 2010s. This is the worst chipotle, go to another one.

Had a great burrito! Dined in and was pleasantly surprised by the portions in each scoop, even the guac! Almost didn’t go to this location based on some poor reviews but we were glad we did – perhaps dining in here is better than takeout/doordash. I love chipotle!

I came by to get lunch, and the food was great, but the service was totally confusing and rude. When I came in, there was a group of boys making their order, and while they were busy talking, another employee stepped up to take my order. When I was being rung up, the cashier accidentally charged me for one of the boy’s orders, so before I could leave, they called me back in to give me a refund and charge me for my order. I didn’t mind all of this, because I understand mistakes happen, and I was more than happy to pay for what I ordered. But it was the employee who packed my order who gave me a really hard time, saying I was cutting in line when I was patiently waiting until I was helped by another employee, and I felt like I was being blamed for all of these mistakes that happened on their end. Through this entire encounter, they never apologized, and they only kept blaming me! Again, food was great, but I’m not gonna come back because of this poor service.

I go to this chipotle a lot now. Great service, friendly staff. I enjoy the chicken burrito it’s awesome! Thanks again and I’ll keep coming back for more. However, the picture of the latest burrito bowl was anything but exceptional. Unfortunately that will lower my rating. Will not be picking up orders from here again. Will have to order inside from now on.

Tonight was my last straw with the chipotle of Renton Rainier Ave. You never know what the portions are going to be that day cause they get smaller and smaller every time I go in.
There was a group of four twenty something year old guys making a big obnoxious order and their fifth homeboy came in and cut me and the line of six people behind me to get his bowl. The employees completed the bowl and kept us all waiting.
Don’t even bother ordering through a food app. Your item will be light like a kids menu.
Y’all will never have my business again. I promise you that. The way this location is run is disgraceful.

My husband and I treat ourselves to Chipotle whenever we are working on a home remodel. The closest location for us this time was one we had not been to before. It was just ok. The service was pretty good, but the food was not up to par for what we have come to expect. We were distracted by the too-loud music and it was so cold inside, we may as well have eaten outside. The tables were not clean. We won’t go to this location again.

I’ve had good experiences at Chipotle before, but this time the food was extremely over salted. The excess salt ruined the balance of flavors and left me disappointed. Consistency is important, and I hope this location pays closer attention to seasoning going forward.

Location in Renton gives extremely small quantities, at least in the evenings and in lieu of the donation to ICE agents I will be purchasing from QDOBA moving forward. Thank you Chipotle for helping me an informed decision to go to another restaurant.

Made an online order –> arrived, picked up and left! When I got home, opened the bag and was immediately disappointed. The burritos were not entirely closed/wrapped up appropriately so they got cold. Then as I was unwrapping the burritos, I noticed a grand difference in the size of one of them so I opened it up entirely and we’ll, disappointment #2 the burrito was nearly EMPTY! NO meat, and very little amount of the other ingredients on the order! Just tells me how poor the employees are actually preparing the food here. I am not the only review with similar experience. Hence, please consider before getting an online order and check your food BEFORE leaving! Not ordering online ever again, nor at this location! Pictures for reference!
