This has got to be the worst quality and quantity for the price. Each crispy chicken taco was $3.19 and there’s a chicken nugget that only takes up a quarter of the tortilla. Very disappointing.

I ordered the new chicken cantina burrito since i don’t eat pork or beef. Ate several bites (mostly lettuce, taco and cheese and sourcream) and noticed i hadn’t tasted any shredded chicken. I inspect the food and see what looks like ground beef covered in the cheese and sourcream. I go back to the drive thru and the guy says, oh sorry I had two bags beside each other. This wasnt the issue. Bc my receipt thats attached to the bag shows my order! They served me the wrong food! Now my stomach is hurting and I feel sick. Will never go back there again! There was nobody else in the drive thru line when I ordered. Theres no reasonable explanation other then neglect! Super unprofessional and disappointing.

Sure if you want potatoes that have been recooked so many times they’ll break your teeth and beef that’s been sitting forever even during rush hour. Sorry excuse for food that cost hard earned money. Nothing better than making it home and opening up this foolishness. If I could give negative stars I would. You’d be better off finding a dumpster and eating out of that.

I can’t Believe what this store did. I ordered chips and cheese. Two orders, very simple. It’s basically a couple portions of chips with a couple small containers of nacho cheese. One container was about 1/3 full… but the other had a minuscule quantity of cheese that could be described as a quarter teaspoon!! Seriously?!! I will be back to show the manager the pictures!!

In the car, on my way home. Left out sauce. We later found that they left out a taco but we were already on the way to Durham and didn’t have time to turn around. The cantina chicken tacos were cold and the cheese wasn’t even grilled. Disgusting. I couldn’t even eat it.

If youre looking for slow service and then rude service afterwards Taco Bell is your winner. Waited 20 minutes for service and then after her 3rd time telling me she’d be right with me she told me to use the kiosks which I dont use. They can pound sand.

This taco bell was great, but now, no. The woman behind the counter dropped two cups then tried to offer me one as I asked for.my drink. I told her no, I need a cup that didnt fall on the floor, she couldn’t argue because she now knew I saw her. She stopped for a min like wanted to argue. My cheesy bean and rice was crunchy, but why? I won’t eat here ever again.

Good thing we had sour cream at home to augment the pitiful smudge of it that we paid I think $0.65+ for each bean burritos we bought
Lesson learned, don’t ask for it as an add-on ANYMORE !!!
The post concerning the pintos and cheese is a definite minor issue.
Since then, I had a very rude customer service event, which has cured me of going to this location.
Not quite sure whether I’ll go to another Taco Bell ever again honestly.
My only gripe today was that I had ordered to pintos and cheese which is $6 worth in little bitty plastic containers hardly a mouthful for $3 I think from now on I’ll just buy something else that has more volume to it but I also ask for pintos and cheese quantity two no red sauce and all I’ve got was beans picture to follow if I can post They will be making it right so there’s no real complaint just try to make a ride next time

Update Now apparently you have to wait a while for your post to be approved 100% before you can add a photo …..bizarre
