My first time there was a terrible experience to say the least, why why why? Ordered a 2×2 with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles and animal style sauce and a 4×4 exactly the same way. Also ordered 2 orders of fries with double animal style sauce. Both burgers had only the bread, patties & cheese, & no lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles or sauce. Both fries had no sauce whatsoever. I traveled 20 miles to this burger joint (its the closest In n Out to me) and 20 miles back home. I opened the bag with a big smile and then was sad after looking at my 2 orders. 1st time there and most likely my last, unless they do something about it.

Always get a double double, no tomato w/onion when I go to In-n-out. A great place for quick freshly made food. The food is terrific and the employees always have a smile on their face.

Today was the worst I have ever seen it. The kitchen was filthy, and there was no management present. Workers were standing at the back of the kitchen, just talking. We waited more than 20 minutes, with the place being half empty. Our animal fries were upside down in their box.

Long lines, but the food is BOMB for the price as well. Everywhere has gone up and they’ve stayed somewhat the same, great friendly customer service. Food made right there with a variety of options. I do no buns, (flying Dutchman) they’ll accommodate. Clean and efficient for a burger place.

Everytime I come here to get food, it’s always to pickup for someone else (family, friends) because I don’t personally like the food here. It’s also too loud and always too busy for my taste. The only things I from here would be the drinks and milkshakes but I could get those somewhere else with a shorter line. Workers often seem in a rush and unfriendly specifically at this location, not sure about others. Had a bad experience the other day with my friends where they charged us for the wrong order and messed up our food about 5 times. I asked if we could get something free for the inconvenience and one of the managers said “of course” and gave us a free small shake, which was good. I called the number at the bottom of the receipt when we got home and they have us 4 free voucher cards to use the next time we ate there for all the trouble we went through. It’s just so busy there it’s easy for orders to get messed up and for the workers to get overwhelmed. They pay good tho and the prices are very affordable compared to other fast food restaurants

The burgers was so delicious & yummy mouth watering & the fries also plus the milk shakes & I got a (Coke or a Pepsi) that I didn’t even get a chance to take a photo but you can bet it was well worth it! Came inside to eat. Watched the drive thru go through two entire rotations before receiving my food. They were calling 36 when I got my receipt. I was 47. That’s 11 orders. Over 45 cars went through the drive thru. Ridiculous

Staff members here go out of their way to accommodate the customer. I’ve been eating at In-N-Out forEVER and while my experience in the dining room, every time, has been pleasant, this was the first time that I’d have to rate it exceptional!

Came here on a Tuesday evening during dinner hours. The place wasn’t too packed though it got busier as time progressed.
There’s not really much to say about their service. Any In N Out you go to the people are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. The food is consistently good. I’m glad Visalia has 2 locations. When there was one the lines were long, and I never bothered going. Wait time is short now. However, many of the tables weren’t cleaned. Not sure if it’s due to short staffing during the pandemic, but I couldn’t find many clean tables.
Overall always a great experience. My go-to is a #1 with Animal Style fries. Just clean the tables.
