Had to wait for our order to be taken, but staff let us know it would be a little bit before our order could be taken. Which made the wait not bad. We also weren’t in a rush and could tell the store was busy and several staff appeared to leaving for the day.
Loved being asked if we wanted glass cups instead of paper/plastic! The snowman cookie was amazing. Drink was good!

Recently visited this Starbucks location. Used the app to order with the option to pick up at the counter. Ordered two hot coffees, a Peppermint Mocha and a Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha. The order was paced about 15 min prior to arrival, and both drinks were ready and on the counter and still hot. Both were as expected with flavors that are signature Starbucks. Thanks so much for a great start to the day!

Not for handicap except the drive thru. I had to go in to use bathroom. Why would you design stall so you have to straddle the toilet to shut the door? No railing for stairs so I had to use drive through for my order coz I was afraid to try to carry it downstairs. Add a railing!

Absolutely terrible service. The employee who worked the window on 2/27/26 at 7:30am was extremely rude and I’m not sure if they even had any coffee. I ordered a white mocha…they were out of white mocha, then caramel latte..they were out of caramel. I ordered an oat milk latte, “we don’t have any oat milk”…to which I replied that maybe it would be easier if she’d just tell me what they did have. She followed up with a very sarcastic, “everything else”. “Ok give me a pistachio latte” which was very quickly followed up with “we’re out of pistachio”. This is at 7:30 in the morning! So of course it’s gonna take me a minute to see what’s available to order that has no white mocha, caramel, oat milk, or pistachio, however, she threatened to call the police on me if I did not get out of “her” line. This was not only the worst Starbucks that I’ve ever been to, but it was the worst coffee shop experience that I’ve had in my entire life. If you’re traveling through Alexandria, don’t waste your time stopping off at this Starbucks.

I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks! The whole team worked together so efficiently. You could really see the great teamwork behind the counter. A special shout-out to Sayy, the cashier, who showed amazing leadership and direction. They kept things running smoothly and made sure every customer was taken care of with a smile. Excellent service and a great atmosphere I’ll definitely be coming back! ☕

Usually I have great experience at this Starbucks. Yesterday I went and they were a little backed up, which is fine. But the manager was being rude to the employees and you could feel the tension. He did start helping making drinks but if I was one of the workers I would be looking for a new job. He talked down to them and it was uncalled for

This is the only Starbucks around that makes my matcha latte exactly the way I ask for it — and today’s was absolutely perfect. The matcha powder was completely blended (I always check the bottom of the cup, and there was zero clumping — which never happens at other locations). There wasn’t even the slightest bit of buildup, which tells barista really took the time to whisk the matcha thoroughly. So that I got such a smooth taste. Big shoutout to the barista working today

The service is a tad slower than normal because of the popularity of this location. The drive thru definitely impacts the service. Nonetheless good service.
This Starbucks has a decent size inside with about 4 four-person tables, 2 larger tables and 8 cushions seats. There is also a decent patio outside. Most of the parking is behind the building.
Overall good location, great drink preparation, and good service.

I went here for a chai tea Latte and what I ordered is not what I expected. Instead of the typical starbucks latte, I got some watered down crap. and the bathroom was clogged, so please avoid this location at all costs
