Was about to walk out without placing an order after 6 people just stood around and ignored us. One annoyed employee finally took our order. Didn’t get our large fries or large drinks, or condiments we asked for. But at least we finally got food. This location is really hit or miss.

sure, the employees are nice and they are typically fast. But they have given me partially frozen/raw fries that are stuck together the past 3 times I’ve come here. They will give me small fries to replace the several that are frozen, even though I ordered a large, but that is too inconvenient to be doing every time. I will go to another chickfila or cook at home.

Last few times I’ve ordered from here the quality of the food is just AWFUL. Chicken is overcooked and stringy , hash browns are so soggy they just clump together in one giant mushy pile, every single time I get a drink it is just full of ice and covered in liquid and they’ll hand it to me just like that. Tried one last time for breakfast this morning and couldn’t even finish it. This put me off not just from this location but from chickfila in general bc why are y’all charging so much for such bad quality?

Hello, peeps. A friend of mine picked up breakfast this morning for us and treated me to whatever I wanted. This was the 2nd time that I ordered a chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit. I also got the hash browns. The egg and cheese are moist enough that I don’t have to add mayo to my biscuit. It’s nice to have an egg to eat without having to pay $8 a dozen for them.

My fries were old and brown. I went around 11 am so this is unacceptable! I should’ve asked for my money back and went across the bridge to the other location. This one has not satisfied me in a while with the freshness of the food!

First Chic filet I’ve EVER been to that told me they don’t offer military discount..I’m active duty..on my way home from work btw.. not dining in..just waiting a chicken sandwich from my favorite place..because we aren’t supposed to go into a store in uniform..The workers didn’t even ask about it until I guess they could see my facial expression from the annoyed guy taking my order(also rude) the whole experience was rude and honestly it’s why majority of the time we(military)don’t even bring it up.Zaxby’s next time!
