Recently moved to the area, and was glad to see there was a Qdoba because I really enjoyed the one back home.
The food is great, wish I could say the same thing about the service. After waiting in line for 10 minutes and finally getting up to the counter to place my order, the staff prioritized an online order over me, the customer actually standing in front of them. I asked for fajita veggies, and was given a measly 3-4 small pieces, as that’s all they had left after giving the online order they prioritized over me a full serving. Absolutely disgraceful behavior.
I wish I could say that was all, but unfortunately no. I had to repeat instructions multiple times to multiple staff members, and they almost forgot my guacamole (until I reminded them) because the employee stopped part way though finishing my order to, you guessed it, work on an online order. And they had the nerve to request a tip at checkout.
They need to work on their service and stop prioritizing online orders over the customers that are physically there waiting for service. I’ve ordered online before, and I know that there is a 10-20 minute delay between when the order is received and the schedule pick up time.
While Qdoba’s food is good, La Tolteca is better and they have way better service in my experiences.

Food is excellent. You know what you are going to get and enough healthy options to easily decide where to go when hungry. My beef is the rewards system that they changed some time back, which never worked. Sadly, the new one doesn’t work either. Wife and I go here once a week and have for years and never earned rewards points — ever. We gave up using the rewards after so much frustration and no one at corporate ever responded to our complaints. I am sure others had no problem with their rewards but it never worked for us. That said, we love the food and keep going back. Wonder if corporate will make good on this or provide a public cookie-cutter statement giving the impression that they care and will resolve the issue?

I know it’s a franchise but I’ve given them too many chances. I don’t go frequently, only when there’s a reward to use in the app, I mobile order out of ease and the order is always wrong!
Pretty sure no one there speaks English and can’t read. I’m sorry, but when you get a burrito that’s $12 and doesn’t have half the stuff you wanted, it’s disappointing.
I asked for pico, cheese, and sour cream in it and it was not there, instead, I get a rice burrito with chicken, beans, the weakest scoop of guacamole and literally maybe 4 corn kernels followed by a pinch of cilantro. Every. Single. Damn. Time.

Shrinkflation has hit this place hard. Pay more to get less food. Pay extra ($5) to get a tablespoon of “extra” protein. The food is bland, you think you’re getting something spicy, nope, not spicy at all. Very flavorless. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money here. I’m seeing so many new 5 star ratings that make me question if those are even real?? Allegedly. Anyway either find out for yourself and waste time and money or just don’t. There are so many great options out there compared to here.
