I haven’t been to a McDonald’s for awhile. I ordered a filet-o-fish sandwich for $6 and I laughed when I saw the size of the sandwich. It was like a junior sandwich with a slice of cheese, sauce, and the fish filet inside. What a joke! I was still hungry after eating the sandwich in a few bites. I should have known better. Culver’s cod sandwich is much better, hands-down.

The staff is friendly overall. They get food out pretty quickly. The place is usually kept very clean. The road in front isn’t the best though. It always get massive potholes in the winter and spring.

Unprofessional and confrontational staff. Customers are treated with unnecessary hostility for asking basic questions. The dining area was dirty and uncomfortably cold. Ordered table service but they don’t bring anything to you. Rather they call it out at the counter or you have to wait by the counter even if you put the table number in. Not sure if some locations don’t participate in this or they just decide not to follow this. Why bother offering table service as an option in the app then.

Slowest McDonald’s on earth. It’s close to home so we go here. But man it sucks. Half the time there are just employees leaning around on their phones while we wait 35 minutes for fries. Blah such lazy people working here. And the place is a dump.

Poor management. It is expected nowadays, but still annoying. The item I paid for and ordered was not available so they substituted. I didn’t want the item they gave me and asked for a refund. She said they couldn’t do that and wanted to hurry me away because I was at the drive-thru. I’m pretty sure if I asked the shake machine was down too. LOL. I won’t be back and think I’m done with McDonald’s in general. There food is mediocre at best, and it’s not like they’re even fast anymore. #LoseLose

i had 4 drinks and they refused to give me a drink carrier. they also put ice in one of them when it said no ice. i had to figure out how to drive while holding two drinks. when i got home i realized they messed up my big mac. i came back immediately and they said “i took too long” and refused to give me a refund. i put on the mobile order no mac sauce and it was on there. I AM ALLERGIC. i said “then what can i do ab a refund” and they said “nothing. you waited too long. you aren’t getting a refund” it was less than an hour later. i’m actually beyond upset and i will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge. the workers here are beyond rude. offered absolutely nothing in exchange and didn’t want to help me. get new workers.

This McDonalds is close to my house and the one I go to most often.
The food is standard McDonalds, the fries are usually half-full and slightly undercooked and the potholes to get there will swallow a small car.. Five Guys is just to the north.

They fixed the potholes and they are now almost filling the fries (still not full, but close). I’ll round then up to four stars.
