I have had cook out before however only a couple of times and it’s been quite a while. My recent visit has made me a huge fan of this establishment. They have so many food options and the prices are more than competitive…you would be hard pressed to find better… I’m sure of it. On too of that the portions are also very generous. My order was made so quickly I didn’t have much confidence in it being fresh. But it was very fresh. Still piping hot. And full of flavor. I’m a huge fan of their corn dogs and I’m in love with the banana pudding milkshake. It’s beyond delicious! Highly recommend!!

Cook out I’m ashamed y’all went all the way up on prices then give less food. The burgers used to be the best burgers around they were fat and fulfilling now they are thin and you need 2 trays just to get full . They give u old sides and the smallest amount possible. And there is no way to complain to management for improving. ATP y’all stealing no spicy chicken, no hush puppies, no tomatoes. Old lettuce . 4 pieces of cheese curds that are so old the cheese it dry or not there. 20$!for 2 adult meals that are portioned for a kid. The burgers are thinner than McDonald’s now. The milkshakes are prepared very lousy with little to no topping it take like vanilla ice cream.all the money I spent here I could have a couple hundred back in my pocket for the lousy food . Next time if there is one I’ll be asking for a refund every single time. Sheesh

Pleasantly surprised how good this fast food place is. Much better than mcdonalds trash. Food was fresh, hot, delicious, and made exactly to order. And the service was really good, the employees are really nice but they didnt seem fake like it usually seems at chic fil a. Young gentleman at the window recognized me when i drove through a 2nd time because i forgot to buy a drink and said “I’m glad youre back”. I dont know why that stuck with me, maybe, it was that he seemed genuine and kind.

This USED to be my favorite place to eat like i used to come once a week but they need new staff. I will never come back again. The girl with the glasses always in the drive thru (ZOE) has completely ruined it for me. Rude as hell. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. (5 in counting in a row) . I have pointed it out to her and she is always just “having a bad night”. Yelling at people in the drive thru speaker, getting upset like i ordered too much (literally two trays) and completely cutting me off when im ordering. Today tired to tell me that what was on the menu board wasn’t an item on the menu board (as if i didn’t read it) and got my order wrong on top of all of it. I have said things to people i know and 3 of the 5 said that they have the same experience with her. this girl seriously needs to be put in her place It’s insane. (thanks for the 2 and 1/2 onion rings by the way)

Went through drive through staff was friendly, but food sucked. Milkshake was not drinkable had to use a spoon to eat like icecream. Blt combo was meh. Needed more bacon and lettuce bun could’ve been toasted. Hushpuppies were blan and no flavor. Onion rings were ok but not enough of them

First time at cookout. Not coming back. Was extremely nice but the worker was a rude lady with a bun and glasses. I feel bad for her coworkers because they seemed stressed out by her. She got my order wrong, took out the wrong stuff likely with her bare hands.. and slammed the door in my face. Genuinely disappointed by the customer service.. was excited to try.

We went here just to try somewhere new, and at first I thought, wow this place is cheap! But then I realized that the way they did it is actually quite smart. Their food portions are smaller per item, but as opposed to most fast food restaurants, instead of one side (mostly fries at many fast food places) this place gives you two sides and has quite a few to choose from, which very well makes up portion wise for the slightly smaller burgers they have. I was also pleasantly surprised that their corn dogs are NOT total crap, actually pretty good.
