I placed an order, spent $40 only for my order to come with unedible over cooked steak in the quesadilla and the chicken tacos was cold . The guacamole was dark. The Uber Driver came quick so you can’t blame him. I will never spend money with this location again. Everyone else be cautious before placing an order with this location.

I came at around 6pm, the BEST service i had gotten at a chipotle by far! There were 4-6 workers constantly getting fresh ingredients out for the best experience! Very kind workers greeted me right away, no complaints! Food was great, i dined in and took the rest for take out. This is a great place to go to for a filling meal with family and friends, especially if you dine in! (STRONGLY RECOMMEND) I read all the bad reviews before coming and got worried, glad i didn’t listen to them! Best experience at a chipotle!!♥️

I placed an order through the app to save time. When I arrived at the restaurant I waited ten minutes for the order while the staff was working with other customers who came in after me. The staff was rude and dismissive. I ordered double steak, but when I checked my order I didn’t not receive it. When I tried to address the order issue in the app, you only communicate with a bot and the app kept shutting me out. Incredibly disappointing interaction.

This is the 2nd time I have attempted to place an order at the 7020 Mannheim location. Placed an order a day before on Uber Eats, which I can see online. I am waiting for the tracking information to come to life. I see no movement so, I call the 7020 location to inquire whether they had my order. After being on hold, a manager finally comes on the line. I ask her about the order, she states they she needs to transfer me to customer feedback. I check my Uber Eats order and it is now canceled. Receive an email from Ube Eats stating “Chipotle cannot fulfill my order”. This is 45 minutes before my delivery. I will never use 7020 location. The manager saw my order and cancel it. After getting more runaround from customer service, I just hung up the phone.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit(12/4/25 @7:00pm)to Chipotle. First, they were completely out of brown rice — which is one of the main reasons I go there. It’s frustrating to show up and find a basic menu item unavailable with no explanation. On top of that, the guacamole was extremely salty. It totally threw off the flavor of the entire bowl. For the prices Chipotle charges, the least they can do is keep staple ingredients in stock and serve food that’s properly seasoned. Overall, not a great experience, and I’m not sure I’ll be returning anytime soon.

Overall, I’d recommend avoiding this restaurant. The price is high for what you get. For example, I spent nearly $30 on two chicken burrito bowls with drinks. A local Mexican restaurant would have been a better choice – cheaper and supporting a small business.

Staff seemed like they had no idea what they were doing- I had to explain what comes with a build your own kids meal and what packaging it comes in. Also my bowl was half empty, and the chips I got on the side, were flavorless, with no salt or lime, and stale. The man behind me was friends with one of the workers and his bowl ended up being three times the size of mine. I barely got any chicken, and my rice is all in clumps.
