I started out with the breakfast meat burrito, it was just OK… It was stuff packed full of egg with a strip of bacon, one sausage patty and one sliced of deli ham, but yet it lacked flavor. Add a bit of cheese or a cheese sauce and it would have been perfect. Next, were the chicken wraps. Now these had flavor, one was a Chipotle sauce and the other was a fiesta wrap, both had a spice. The French fries were cold and not crispy. Lastly I got there OREO shake, that thing was DELICIOUS. If was packed full of oreos swirled around in this creamy milkshake. I’d go again to try something different, hopefully something with more flavor.

I had ordered doordash I didn’t receive the jibbi with my meal, I called up there 2 times just for it to go straight to voicemail, went up there in person today just to be told they was “out of stock” and i need to get a refund through doordash unfortunately it been over 24 hrs because i was trying to figure out how to make contact with them to fix this problem. It’s a complete loss of the $5. The employee that was doing drive through was ABSOLUTELY RUDE needs better management and a additude adjustment. They CAN NOT fill orders correctly.

This location is always closed. They lock the doors to the restaurant and force you to go through the drive thru. I would t even give one star!!! This location on Catawba Valley Blvd. is terrible! They don’t even put lettuce on the tacos and the food is mediocre!

Hot and juicy double bacon cheeseburger! Delicious, barely could eat it all! It was so big. Costs about the same as any other fast food restaurant. But it’s better in my opinion! Should have taken a picture. Give them a try! Been there twice at lunchtime, not really busy and ate inside the dining room. I think the food is better when you eat at the restaurant

This is the last straw. For some reason neither location in hickory offers real Swiss cheese anymore, substituting it for something called “Swiss like cheese”
Put in an order today for an Ultimate Sourdough Breakfast sandwich and the crew here served me a sausage biscuit, as well as a watered down coffee.
What bothers me the most is that Jack in The Box used to be my favorite fast food place but between pulling ingredients from the menu and getting orders wrong I just can’t waste my money and time going here. It’s a 20 minute drive one way and I need my order to be right.
Also don’t lie to your customers about what is and is not Swiss cheese.

Went through the drive-thru. Had the pleasure of meeting tina. She had a wonderful attitude and was very nice. She even ran out the front to bring me my churros that had forgotten. She is the reason I’m giving a five-star review

I placed an order with DoorDash and paid for it there. The DoorDash person had to wait 1 hour just to have someone speak to them and then was told they cancelled our order because their register was broken. Makes no sense considering I already paid for the order. Pathetic.
