Few good workers there one in particular that got me my breakfast at 10:32 after I got stuck in traffic getting there. And apologized for the wait as they had to make them fresh. Then there’s the worker that I got today arrived at 10:30 was at the speaker at 10:31 after waiting for the person infront of me and was told that I couldn’t get my food “cause it canceled itself at 10:30” but then she ask if I want anything else I tell her no she then says “alright I’ll cancel this then”. Cause it wasnt cancelled she just didn’t want to have to go tell the cooks to make one more breakfast item. The reason im genuinely upset is A. Mc breakfast is only thing ill eat there B. The order was placed by 10:26 and I clicked the “I’m already here” button on the app walking my car as I’m less than a minute away and when I asked in a frustrated tone she got a tone back like I was asking for something crazy

Food fine…but ordering has become way too automated. The system took over my car radio an the volume went to maximum! All that to say, “I’d like two fish sandwiches and a large fries.” Sort of ridiculous when you think about it…

My sister went to get McDonalds for me and her. The workers (two girls) were rude and laughing and her and on there phones taking pictures of her. Didn’t say that u and just were rude. Fries were bland. My sisters chicken SPICY sandwich isn’t spicy and basically drowned in lettuce. Don’t recommend sadly

The staff here was not friendly at all. There were people waiting in line to order. And they were told to use the kiosk. And then a few minutes later, they started waiting on people at the register. It made no sense. People that were waiting to place their order were there for a good 10 minutes and nobody even said hi to them. They had to ask to be waited on and then they were told to use the kiosk. What happened to good customer service? Convenient is not always better! We did order at the kiosk and we got our food about 15 minutes later. The burger was good, but the fries were cold. I would not recommend this place & I will not come here again!

I sat in the second drive-through while four cars went through the first drive-through. The person in front of me wasn’t getting waited on either and wondered if anybody even knows about the second line. Then when they did wait on us, the clerk asked me if I’m using a mobile app, but it took him three times to say it because he’s mumbling and doesn’t seem to care whether I can understand him or not. There was never a thank you or an apology for making us wait.

me and my kids waited morethan 30 minutes in line waiting to give order cos we were not familiar to order on screen then we left with out ordering anything finally we use drive throught.that is fine.

Today (8/31/25) I went to pickup and online order around 9:30am. The lady (I think manager) preparing the food was very efficient, skilled and paid attention to the customers waiting at the counter. Let me know she was working on my carry out. This is the first time I reviewed a McDonald’s but felt inclined too. Very rarely do I get good service at this level. Thank you.

Hey, I’m sitting here eating at this McDonald’s and this fool is in the lobby trippin’ talking about some “my nuggets are taking too long!” But that fool was just impatient and McDonald’s team handle this buster with class! Straight professionalism for real and had him out the door quick. This place is super clean as well dawg I ain’t even playing with you

I asked for no extra sauce. They gave me the opposite and burned my bagel. Instead of giving me another one they say we will write your name down. Well that’s solve it for them but my experience was ruined. No breakfast for me

The food is excellent on the way prepared, and nothing burned. The restaurant is clean, which is a plus. Our issue was that after ordering using the kiosk for dine in, the food never arrived at the table like the kiosk, and the table number says. Ten minutes later, a female yelled the table number as if we ordered to go. If the table service will mot be available, they should put a sign on the kiosk to wait for their number. This also happened to the customer before our turn as well.
