I had an online order. My daughter picked it up and brought it home.The order was incorrect and I returned it to the store to and asked them to remake it. The whole experience was awful. First it was disappointing that my dinner was made wrong. As a vegetarian, the beans are the substance of my meal. I ordered pinto and black beans, and received neither. I walked up to the counter at the same time as another gentleman picking up an online order. He was greeted and served nicely. When it was supposed to be my turn, I just stood there waiting for awhile, and when she finally acknowledged me, she had a rude attitude. She told me that they would remake it and gave the ticket to the line. After all the customers were served and had gone and I was the only one left standing there, I asked about my food. The man on the line had went in the back and said they were out of queso and I would have to wait 15 minutes. I got my money back and left. The whole service experience was lacking and very disappointing.

Got delivery from here and wondering if anybody even read the order slip… I got 2 habanero lime steak bowls instead of the habanero lime steak bowl and brisket bowl. The brisket bowl was for my 8 year old and the habanero steak is too hot for her to eat. won’t be ordering from this location again

At this Qdoba we had to make sure to tip high! The staff has great manners is very knowledgeable about the menu and happy to give explanations and descriptions to help customers order, the food is well kept, and the place is kept clean. Thank you Qdoba for a great dining experience!

I walked in and the staff were paying more attention to each other than to the customers. They didn’t say hello or even acknowledge that I was there for a good 3-4 minutes.
It took awhile for someone to take my order. He made three to go orders for pick up before finally asking what I wanted. Then as he was making my order he was slopping it together and seemed irritated with me. Next I needed to pay, but I stood there waiting cash in my hand for the two women to end their conversation. The guy that slopped my food together had to tell the one girl to go check me out.
She hands me my change and I then have to remind her that I should receive a bag a chips. I got a “oops” here you go.
Terrible customer service at every level.
The food was not even warm when I got home which was only 4 minutes from the store.
I was extremely disappointed in the service and the food.

They were out of steak and chicken an hour and a half before closing.I ordered a bowl with steak on the app 6 hours before pickup. As the guy made the bowl he said that I would get a free meal for next time and then didn’t give it to me. I can’t depend off this place anymore. I’ll check back in a couple years. Maybe they’ll have a manager that can manage inventory better.

Food was good, got a steak bowl with fajita peppers, lettuce and sour cream. The floors we greasy and gross. The cashier did not give me my free queso and chips as the rewards directed.

Have ordered from here many times and enough is enough. ALWAYS order double meat, routinely get less than double and today it was less than a single scoop in addition to lacking fajita veggies and mango salsa. seems the only way to get what you ask and pay for is to babysit the staff rather than ordering online.

I’m pregnant, my husband stopped in to get us dinner. He asked that the ground beef if the ground beef for my bowl could be put back onto the grill to make sure it at a safe pregnancy temperature. The cook refused to do so until after they washed all the dishes. We waited for a little while, but it was obvious that the cook was unwilling to oblige a simple request. I told my husband to leave. Qdoba will not be receiving our business in the future.

I went in to order instead of placing my order online because the last time I placed an online order I had a bad experience so I figured if I just order it it will be fine it’s made right in front of me! Food was fine this time! I ordered a mini bowl and a 8oz queso and chips! I told the cashier I have a reward for the chips and queso she proceeds to tell me that my total is still 14.79 I said how if the chips and queso is $2 and bowl is $7 plus tax that’s $9 and some change she said no you have a large queso I said something is not right! The manager comes over humps his shoulders deducts $2 and says there it’s $12.67 the manager showed no concern as to what the issue was at all had he asked I would have told him that I had a reward for the queso and chips that made it cost $2 not get $2 off but he always seems irritated! Even when I placed an online order before he was scrambling like he was trying to do everything being a food service worker myself I appreciate the hard work but the unsanitary messy and unprofessionalism that he has displayed is unacceptable a manager! When I mention reporting the overcharge he replied you don’t have to do that I can take care of it but you didn’t want to take care of it while I’m standing in your face! Please provide your staff with proper training so that they will know how they are supposed to ring items so customers can use their rewards properly!
