2/5 stars. the quality of the food and service depends on the whether or not a manager is on duty. there shouldn’t be repeated mistakes on online orders, multiple different times, instructions are as clear as day. it’s a hit or miss with the food, depending on the cook. no reason i should be given lukewarm food when it should be hot/fresh. the cashier who wears glasses n has a ponytail is pleasant and does her best!! random teens typically have car meets in the parking lot on fridays. the other location in lauderhill is better and more consistent.

I had a car full of little ladies wanting mozzarella sticks. The line was around the building. We left to go shopping and tried again afterwards. The line was half as long so we waited. Only one guy was working total!? Had a big smile and was running everything. The others called out. I couldn’t believe how nice he was and said sorry about the wait. He even had mints in our bag. I hope he gets double or triple pay for doing the job of three people. Fantastic customer service!!

This is a new location in Coral Springs. Since they opened, each time the service continues to improve. The drive up locations makes the wait time minimum. The food always comes out hot and fresh. Will continue to revisit this location. The best part is ordering on Uber Eats. The packages come sealed to ensure they are tamper free. You are able to eat knowing no one touched your food. Love it. Definitely recommend this location.

Really annoyed I just spent 45 minutes in line for a milkshake and a pretzel for it to just be completely melted and my pretzel cold. I asked them to remake my milkshake because it was all melted, which they did, but then they made it wrong without my toppings that I paid for. Proceeded to remake the milkshake and gave me a vanilla milkshake instead of my strawberry cheesecake milkshake I paid for. Wasn’t even worth to ask to remake. Unbelievable after waiting so long and also laughing about it in my face. Does a picture look like a strawberry cheesecake – no? Taste like straight whip cream and did not give receipt

Really good food and drinks. Fast service. Better than the other fast food places around…… The outside credit card reader did not work, requiring the attendant to take my card inside to process- did not like that too much….. definitely great slushies especially with Nerds candy added to it!

We went around 12 AM, and apparently, all the store terminals were locked out. The poor cashier at the drive-thru had to go outside and use a self-serve terminal to complete our order, which took quite a bit of time. Someone in the car behind us even got frustrated and drove off. The whole experience felt really disorganized, and to top it all off, the food was terrible.
