Delicious and authentic Mexican food
The host was very friendly as was our waitress. The restaurant was very clean as were the bathrooms.
We received complimentary tortilla chips and salsa, which was excellent
We ordered a slow cooked pork dish (cochinita pibil) and chicken enchiladas. Both came with a side of rice and beans. After one bite of the rice and beans I realized I could be happy just eating a big plate of that, it was so good. The pork was very tender and flavorful. The enchiladas were good, the mole sauce was the star hitting all the right flavor notes of sweet and savory.
We ordered a mango margarita and it was very generous. We noted that all the drinks that were served were generously sized. The portions of food were also very generous. I’m a big eater and we had leftovers to box up as did many other people leaving the restaurant.
We didn’t have dessert but I heard the churros are a must try so we’ll be getting those when we go back

I can’t say more about the service and food. We unfortunately need wheelchair accommodations right now and a lot of restaurants we’ve been to have been so non accommodating but the staff here is awesome. They came out and held the door for us while opening up a spot for us to sit comfortably. The service was top notch and everything was delicious. The prices were affordable and the flavors were spot on. We will definitely be stopping here again.

The food was good and the service was good except we ordered 2 Margarita’s at $13 a piece and both of us didn’t feel a thing. I rarely drink so I expected to feel something from it. There may have been a few drops but I wonder if they put any alcohol or Tequila in it at all!

I went there last night for my birthday dinner and it was amazing!!!!! The atmosphere was great and the staff was so incredibly nice, especially the owner!! The food was authentic, delicious and we were served quickly!!! I travel quite a bit and this restaurant has the best chorizo in New England hands down!!! They celebrated my birthday by the whole staff coming out with a huge sparkler candle, handed me a sombrero to put on and sand happy birthday to me!! It was such an awesome experience!! It really was the perfect restaurant to go to for my birthday!!!! I’m so blessed my friends brought me here!!! This is my new favorite Mexican restaurant not only in Rhode Island but in all New England!!! If you love automatic Mexican food you need to check this place out!! I will be back with my kids!!!!
