We’ve done curbside pickup here twice in the past month, and both times our order was missing a few items. The first time, we didn’t notice until we were already driving away. The second time, we checked right away, went inside, and told them what was missing — the woman who brought out our order was very kind and fixed everything without any problem.
Still, it took a bit longer than expected. So our advice: always double-check your order before you leave.

Will never go there again service absolutely terrible I order on line and wait inside of the store for 40 min. and if I will not insist service I will be waiting there still, when I got the service which was for 5 people I didn’t get all items which I found when I got home. Will not recommended this store at all not friendly stuff I’m very disappointed

The Hispanic male manager is so rude, loud, and bossing all over the place in the back. The food is always awful and the girls on the intercom are always so cutthroat and rude! I hate this Mcdonalds so much, and that really sucks for us in a pinch because it is so close. This place needs to clean out and get a whole new team. Ringgold, Ooltewah, Gunbarrel, Fort O, almost all of the surrounding locations are 10 times better. Clean up or shut down and stop wasting space! Too much of our money has been WASTED here to keep these doors open… Never again.

Today was a rough one. I had 30 minutes to take a lunch from work and didn’t end up having time to eat at all. I work 2 minutes away so I assumed it’d be plenty of time. The girl working the register today around noon definitely needs some more training. There were two cars in front of me and for some reason it took 30 minutes until I got to the window. I ordered a vanilla coffee, water, and small fry and it still took about 10 minutes for them to get it all together once I finally got to the window. My coffee was disgusting. All of the syrup was at the bottom and my first sip was just straight caramel (I ordered vanilla). I also watched it sit in the window for a while when it was the last thing i was waiting for after I had already been waiting so long. The car in front of me drove off and I let her know so I wouldn’t be charged for that order and she didn’t even ask what my order was until after I had paid. My whole order was wasted bc I didn’t have time to eat and I couldn’t drink the coffee.

We ordered on the app and when we arrived the line was wrapped around the building so we went inside to pick up our order. The employee refused to give us the order. He said we had to get back in line even though it was ready. So we got back in line and after 25 minutes we finally got to the window. I asked the girl why they couldn’t give us our food. She said she’d only been there 10 minutes and slammed the window shut. I hardly go there and after this experience I’ll never go back. If the girl at the window would have been polite it would have nice. I don’t understand why your employees can be so rude!!

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. The General Manager is horrible. She treats her staff with disrespect. She hires kids, and let them run around all over the place and disrespect the managers that she has on duty. These are the rudest employees that I have ever ran into and some of them don’t even speak good English, and shouldn’t be on the intercom taking orders. The GM of the store needs to be fired. She is horrible.

Wish I could give this a 0. Took 10 minutes to take 3 cars orders at the drive thru. I pulled up to the pay window and no one was there. Over the next 20 minutes I waiting and no one showed up. Saw several cars pull around to drive thru, at 1 point there was 7 cars either waiting for food or for their orders to be taken. Everyone left. So I spent 30 minutes at the terrible McDonalds to not even get to see a person or get food. Worst run McD I have ever experienced by a mile. This was at 6:00 pm. DO NOT GO HERE!

This has to be the slowest McDonald’s anywhere in history. You always sit in the drive through for 20+ minutes and half the time the order is wrong. Whoever is running this one needs some serious training and coaching. This is pathetic. Management needs to run ticket times and address the problems. Absolutely ridiculous!

Just moved to Chattanooga and decided to try this McDonald’s! Not a pleasant experience, twice I have been here as I approach the window the cashier simply just says “go ahead with your order” I run the front of house of a restaurant and have worked drive thru many times and this is just not how you greet customers.

The nasty Hispanic manager had such a horrible attitude towards me. I’d ordered 12 ranch sauces with my order and was MORE than willing to pay extra for them and was given only 4. I parked and went inside to ask for the remaining 8 when the Hispanic male manager said “YOU HAVE TO PAY” and threw 4 in a bag and tossed it over the counter. To be this aggressive towards a female was shocking! I will be praying whoever owns this McDonald’s will fire this nasty male Hispanic manager for being so rude and hateful towards customers.
