This is our go to for fast pizza. It’s always hot and fresh and ready quickly.

The staff are friendly and always offer everything we might need.

I think the prices and value are comparable to other places, but the quality is higher.

This was supposed to be a half pepperoni half cheese pizza. Half the slices don’t have cheese or pepperoni on them. Called the location to let them know about the pizza, a young lady answered the phone and asked if I can be put on hold. I agreed and was left on hold for 14 minutes, I had to disconnect and call back. When I called back I was told that they will only make another pizza and send it out, this would have been great but since I was on hold for so long we had ordered from another place. I told them I had no problem paying for the 2 liter and the tip for the driver. Then she puts me on hold and then says that she spoke to the General Manager and that they can not give refunds and that I can only receive store credit. There is not a single company that can not give you a refund for a purchase. I will be taking this up with my credit card company since they say that they can not give refunds.

Marco’s Pizza in Grapevine is holding $60 on my credit card as a pending charge due to a glitch in their online ordering portal. I have visited the store Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday of this week trying to resolve the issue but cannot get in contact with the person who is franchising this store. I was informed by the associates that there is no boss above her and that I will just have to wait for her call. That call has still yet to come. Please help! I have called and left a message with the management company who is leasing her the space, to try to see if they can reach out to her directly. Still waiting to hear back from them as well. I’ve also reached out to my credit card company, but they said I just have to wait for the hold to expire, if Marco’s Pizza is unwilling to help resolve their error. When I spoke to an associate the night of the incident, the associate informed me that this is a common occurrence and usually unresolved by the merchant. All it would require is for the franchisee to get on the phone with her credit card processing company and explain the situation and the credit card processing company would remove the hold and I would have the $60 back in my account. I’m assuming it’s easier for the franchisee to just wait it out and let the charge disappear on its own, but this is a big inconvenience to me because this is my money that I now cannot access.

Sometimes Beautiful pizza, usually not great. They don’t do the crust toppers, and the toppings are usually piled up in the middle. Worst part is I even checked it in the store, but hungry brain no work good. There is only 1 person working here sometimes, and they seem to spend most of the time in their car, as anytime I go to pick up the pizza, they have to rush back inside. Lots of toppings, though, which is nice. Just wish there wasn’t so much dry bread around the edges. Wrong side cups, too. Luckily, I don’t like pizza sauce, because it was totally solid and crusty inside the container. As others have mentioned the… interesting… employee here is a bit unnerving. Come on a night when the guy worker is here and it’ll be Amazing, he makes really great pizza, but any other night and it is the opposite.

My second time qt Marco’s, the first was just not q good experience. However this time it made up for it. Definitely recommend it, I prefer this ti pizza hut, Papa John’s, Cicis and little Caesars. The pizza was topped perfect, no bubbles, not burned, and it was cooked more than the other chains, but thats what gives it its taste.

I did and order last night through UBER, If this are boneless wings how you’ll called the chicken pops??? Smaller than a quarter and the charge you almost $10, Shame on you.

So great food, but honestly the staff is not always bright if you know what I mean. I ordered a pizza, a cheese bread and a Pepsi. I noticed right away that the order wasn’t complete and made sure that the driver hadn’t made a mistake. When I called them, they refused to take responsibility and tried to say it was the drivers fault that they didn’t fulfill the order correctly. Food is good, but I will refuse to vouch for the character of the staff.
