I am not one that is tech savvy and so when ordering from a kiosk I find it very difficult to navigate the system.
So I prefer to order from a person no matter where I go but I have found in the past year or so that most Taco bells will not allow you to order at the counter so for the most part I avoid Taco Bell
But because my partner wanted Taco Bell I decided what the heck.
I went to the counter and the young lady that took my order Brianna (pictured left) very pleasantly greeted me and asked me how she could help me.
She took my order with a smile and said that the order would be up right away.
They were a little bit busy but my order came up within a reasonable amount of time and the person on the line who’s name was Quo (pictured right)who also made my order brought it out called my name and presented my order to me with a smile and said enjoy.
The customer service at the store was above and beyond my expectations.
I guess you truly can tell the difference between being in the north and being in the south.
This particular store truly highlighted the term Southern Hospitality.
Now to the food. I had a taco and burrito both of which the ingredients they used tasted extremely fresh.
Not what you would find at a typical Taco Bell.
While others might be called Taco smell this particular store truly deserves the proper name of Taco Bell.
Well done for not just the service but also the food this is one store Taco Bell can be proud of.
After talking to a team member, I ask to speak to the manager. She immediately was defensive about her team and told me I hadn’t been waiting that long, they were short staff and I
needed to be patient. I could not believe it, not I’m sorry for your wait and non acknowledgement. Then I realized the problem was her and the reason for the lack of customer service. This person has no business in this position. The crazy thing the whole time I was talking to her she had this crazy smile on her face all while being unapologetic.
i have been to this location after i place my mobile order around 8-9pm for the last three times i have visited.
the first time i arrive to the speaker they say they are closed however a few others in-front of me and myself placed a mobile order and our food was already being made or said to be ready at the time, therefore making these orders non refundable since they were marked “in progress”. i didn’t bother to ask reasons why they were closed because it was the first time this had happened to me. i received my order with a few things missing however it was the 5+ workers in there that had me confused. i can understand closing early due to management issues or not having the coverage to run later hours. but 5+ people around 9-10pm on a weekday sounds ideal..
tonight i made my mobile order around 9:30 and arrived maybe 5 mins later (i live relatively close) as i pull up i see plenty of cars, just about as many as i see each time i go. i was hopeful and i couldn’t even get to the speaker before a worker taking a smoke break told me to roll my window down and said .. “they’re closed”.. i responded by saying i had a mobile order, she repeats her initial statement and i roll up my window and inch to the speaker as the car infront of my drives away. the two cars infront of me waited at the speaker for about 10 mins each so i figured they could have been ordering or waiting for a response, i was just waiting for my turn to really get a good feel. so after my interaction, i went to the window and there was a car infront of me. the car drove up to the window, no exchange, and left. nobody came to the window to acknowledge that person? so i went forward and there was nobody standing at the window at all. the car behind me honked so i just continued moving along and just canceled my order to on the app.
thankfully this time it wasn’t “in progress” on the app so i was able to smoothly get my refund. however this service this location has been providing is upsetting. it’s the only one relatively close and id rather not go on the highway for the same thing just for better service. i’m not sure the circumstances at this location but if your hours have changed, you should change them for the public to see. along with turning off your mobile order services.
if you cannot serve until 11pm as your hours state, then do not have it posted or available when you’re closed. i hope this goes noticed and some changes are made, i do like this location and i haven’t had any negative experiences for years. this is just unacceptable and the girl outside smoking her cig telling me the place is closed while she’s in uniform was just straight up weird. get a grip taco bell.
