Service was fast, burger was a little squished when wrapped but still good. Fries were hot and fresh. The employee at the window was polite and smiling. You don’t find much of that these days.

Glad to see it shut down, tried a breakfast meal here around 2023, the chicken was disgusting, it was burnt, the meat was powder dry, super dried out, on a plain dry biscuit, nothing else, that’s the breakfast sandwich? It was an awful cut of meat with cartilage and fat and who knows what else, it was bad. The tater-tots had a strange flavor, too much salt or idk what, and the orange juice tasted like it was past date and wasn’t very cold.
Workers behind the counter seemed stressed and were very rude when I questioned what was included on the breakfast sandwich. The store was dirty and the floor was sticky everywhere, the work area was disgusting and didn’t looked like it had been properly cleaned in a long time. I should’ve went back in and got my money back but I knew the workers wouldn’t have cared or done anything besides try to reimburse me and give me more disgusting food. Mostly my own fault for going to a burger place for breakfast when waffle house is across the street, but wow, congratulations on creating the worst breakfast experience I’ve ever had.
UPDATE: guest relations contacted me saying they were working on a solution and to allow 2-3 buisness days for it to be resolved, that was 2 weeks ago, still no updates.
This is why Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. aren’t even real competition when it comes to the big dogs like McDonald’s or Burger King.

Vegan approved!! Hash Rounds are absolutely deeelicious!!! They are nice and crispy on the outside with squishy potato on the inside. Sooo flavorful, crunchy, and perfect without added salt. Hardee’s has a few Vegan options on their menu and Hash Rounds is one of them! ⭐️

Todays visit at 12:30, one car in parking lot (assuming employee, that was smoking outback upon arrival EVERYONE deserves breaks so no judge here) breakfast menu still on display at drive thru, soon as I finished ordering first meal was given total and I needed to ask to add on to order. No one taking payment and waited a good bit for food/payment. While waiting I saw someone park and attempt to enter restaurant only to be met with a locked door. All of this makes me believe there was only one person working here today and they were probably doing the best they could? Didn’t get the curly fries I ordered with one meal, husband said chicken was to greasy and he didn’t feel was cooked enough or at correct temp because the tendons were obviously there and chewy. Big ham sandwich was lacking on the ham I feel for choosing the big one…
Previous visits we’ve had hit and miss food and often the girl in the drive through thinks she knows me despite me telling her I must remind her of someone else kinda odd feeling at times but doesn’t stop the attempts to stop for a quick meal sometimes.
Just saw parked car leave drive thru without ordering…so perhaps that too wasn’t working fast enough for him.

I literally just cannot with this place!! I work nearby and it’s super convenient for breakfast but I’ve given this place 10 chances, 10!!! And I have never not once had fresh decent tasting hash browns. I even went inside to ask for fresh hash browns and was lied to and still given cold ones. One time I waited 20 mins in the drive thru to be told my order was not rang in!! Then what they gave me was cold and incorrect! I normally don’t leave bad reviews but if you can go somewhere else because I would!! This place is now on my “Alumni list” as I used to go here. Never again. (pictured are my “fresh” hash browns)

The burger I had here was meant to originally compete with the Big Mac and Whopper I personally think it’s better than either of those. There’s not many Hardee’s in Ohio so whenever I’m around Wright State University I eat at this one that is very close to the Air Force Research Lab at WPAFB.

We stopped for breakfast again and this what my wife received as a Frisco breakfast sandwich which was $4.29. Very disappointing.
