Ticket said ketchup only double cheese burger with 1 patty removed. They assumed that meant uncooked grilled cheese with ketchup. I was then given attitude over the phone when I called to ask what happened.

Went in and place wasn’t cleaned properly, staff was mainly absent. Asked staff if we could order up front they said no only on the kiosk. The food was not fresh and the drink machine didn’t work so the drinks we could order weren’t good and tasted watered down. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned and the toilet wasn’t flushed. I definitely will not be returning to this location.

I received a cold Sausage McMuffin and Egg sandwich and 2 cold hash browns on 2/3/26 at 6:04am at the 720 Main St Anoka, Mn 55303 location, after it took the order for the person in front of me 7 or 8 minutes to fill. I think they tried to hand my order to the car in front of me as they pulled the bag back and shut the window, took several minutes more before handing the car in front of me a drink and that’s it. When I pulled up my order was ready immediately, but upon pulling out on Hwy 10 I took out my order and everything was cold. I tried to report it on-line but didn’t have a receipt and couldn’t submit it without a store number. I tried to use the map store locator within the McDonald’s tool, but it didn’t bring me to a store even though I got to exactly where the store was located. I tried to enter the address but again no luck. I very bad experience!!!

i was there around 7:15 ish tonight 1/11/25 and the lady at the drive through was incredibly rude. she was confusing me and then got mad at me and yelled at me that i needed to pay even tho i ordered online. and didn’t even apologize when she realized she was wrong. can’t remember her name but she was extremely rude even tho you could clearly tell i was on verge of tears because of her.

11am Tuesday less than 5 customers in the building and every single table in the kids area was a mess. I cleaned one off for my son and I to sit at, only to find out an employee was sitting in the corner eating while watching me do her job. She even left garbage on her table and headed back to work. What a disgrace! Disgusting! Not going back this one ever again.

The food is always great, the drink stations are spotty at best, seems to never be any ketchup. The lights in the playplace are burning out so its very dark.

The past couple months this location has executed my weird orders flawlessly! For example, I order my daughter a cheeseburger happy meal without the burger patty (so essentially it’s a cheese sandwich), and every time this summer it’s been correct! The staff have also been very helpful in changing my order from dine in to drive through or curbside a couple of times because of my mistake or very tired kids who have to get home sooner. I’m sure they hear a lot of complaints, and I’ve had nothing but a good experience here lately!
