Just wanted to say thank you for our smoked Thanksgiving (whole) turkey! It was amazing and all our guests raved about how good it was. Tender, moist, and absolutely delicious. Your instructions for warming up the turkey were spot on. The team at the centennial store is fantastic and made us feel very appreciated. I’m so glad I bought two turkeys this year so we can enjoy the 2nd one for Christmas! We will definitely be ordering again next year. Great job and many thanks.

Biggest thing was brisket was soggy, weird I know and sad. Pulled pork and coleslaw were not flavorful. Hot links were good, but some had a funny color to them. Beans, potato salad, and mac n cheese were flavorful and good. Price would have been okay if the food was better, spent $78 with tip.

A New year but absolutely not a new time for a different BBQ Restaurant by any means! Bird Dog BBQ still has the friendliest and most prfessional staff, the finest tasty BBQ, and affordable prices. I just can’t stay away, and if ever there was a time to break a New Year’s resolution on my dieting, Birddog Barbecue is the time and place to start. 5 Thumbs Up!

Time for a BBQ update, and it’s gonna be another winner! I was likely the 1st customer of the day and a bit early, but boy oh boy, was it ever fresh and tasty BBQ. I had been looking forward to this all rainy week long, and the Staff here does not disappoint. Friendly, professional, and always a 5 Thumbs Up event with these great BBQ folks. Staff here walks on water and eats fire in my book on Customer Service!
Hey pardner, this is the Gold Standard for local BBQ! This is the best real homemade BBQ anywhere locally. We have found the Holy Grail for our future BBQ, beans, and potato salad. Clean, sanitary environment that is well stocked with friendly and courteous employees. 5 Thumbs Up!

Friendly staff! The food was pretty good however it seemed boiled not only barbecued. Could just be me but it seemed quite juicy for being only from the grill…beware the wooden benches…two splinters. Ouch! The portions were pretty large for the price and the taste was great! I’d recommend it! Oh and the barbecue beans delicious!

The bbq was okay. The sauce was honestly just average from a Kansas City bbq stand point. The meat tasted good, and was overall an okay place.
Service was pretty slow, and they aren’t the most efficient in regards to making food. The ribs, chicken and sandwiches are good, but they do not serve ham, which is strange for a bbq place. The beans tasted good, the Mac n cheese was okay, and the fries were average.
The place does smell amazing though. By Colorado standards I’m sure it’s good bbq.

They have the best apple cobbler I have ever tasted!! I’m just visiting and I ask my daughter where we could get a good dessert to take out, and this is where she went! It was amazing!

Outstanding “Oklahoma” style BBQ restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised at the exceptional tenderness & flavor of their BBQ. A big plus was their friendly staff. We had the Pull Pork Sandwich with baked potato plus baked beans & the Sunday lunch special ½ lb. Ribs with macaroni & cheese plus fried okra. Special shout-out for the Fried Okra as they said it was “made with LOVE” & it was delicious.
