The back of the booth was missing, the cushion part. I didn’t notice that until when I slid in, the screw that was sticking out, cut me and left a nice hole in my pants! I have contacted corporate twice and haven’t been contacted back. Very unprofessional!

Today was a slow day about 15 people inside we seated ourselves not even one worker spoke. 15 minutes after we seated ourselves the server came he was nice. We came in and sat down right away but had to wait a while to be served. There was hardly anyone in the place, maybe a max of 3 other tables. Once we were greeted after a while our waitress Victoria was all over the place it seemed. I ordered a coffee and my cup was filthy. Caked with someone else’s left over lipstick all over the side. It took forever to get someone’s attention to get a new cup and once we did, we found out that the creamer was spoiled. The cream was completely curdled inside. My grandmother that was with me also noticed the cook using their bare hands to cook/ touch different food items as they were prepared. It just was NOT up to standards! The Waffle House on 20 and 1382, Grand Prairie is 100x better. Wont be back to this location for sure, and wouldn’t recommend it either unless you want food poisoning.

This is the ABSOLUTE worst Waffle House I’ve ever been to! Their employees are unprofessional not to mention lacks on customer service skills! I placed a LARGE order to feed my family of 3 for to-go and they made several mistakes! Once I got home my steak was overcooked and tasted awful giving cow tongue! It was too tough to eat I definitely won’t be going back!

Food was great! Coffee was perfect! The service wasn’t! Our waitress never came to ask if we wanted refills! She was in the office the entire time we were there. We had to ask the cook for coffee refills! Also, we weren’t greeted, just told us to take a seat! Not friendly at all, including the cook! Never saw a smile even when we said thank you! Won’t be going to this location ever again.

The manager here is the worst Manager I’ve seen she lazy and try to over work her employees the cleaning round the place is not The best and could be done so much better the water they use in the dish put is cold unless the dishes are in the dish washer then they just get hit with hot water so your dishes are half clean nothing has date tags on them and the meat at times will have grey color on like hamburger patties and even the chucked ham be grey and they will still serve it to the people there so many better places you can eat

Always enjoy a good deliciuos, fresh and hot breakfast here, with my a good friend or a family member, no matter if it’s at 2:00am or 9:00am in the morning, staff here is always nice and helpful, love the all stars breakfast, with scramble eggs, bacon, regular waffle, hash browns and a hot and fresh coffee

We came right after the breakfast rush. It took a little longer than normal to get a server to come over, but a very perceptive server directed ours attention to us. Once she was aware we were there the customer service was super friendly and all smiles. Very pleasant girl. The food tasted as it always does, hot, fresh, and perfect for a hang over haha. This location had a few more bugs than I felt comfortable with. We did see ants, gnats, and some kind of small beetle thing that flew around our table. Over all it wasn’t an awful experience though.
