Well it was a kinda Chilly day, when I went and Lillie greeted me with a warming small, I instantly felt comfortable, they have these heaters , one was at the front desk as soon as you walk in, and they work amazing, I actually asked are the heaters available to sit by my table and Lillie said she would check, and not long after sitting down, I would say about 40 seconds , came a super cool fellow named Grayson, he answered any question I had about the heater and also adjusted the temperature jus right. it felt warm as a living room….the reason I’m showcasing there name is because the ones I named, I came across, who assisted in getting me exactly what I wanted…Thus World is full of humans, but at times as you are out and about eating, you come across exceptional Souls…yall are very appreciated, and I hope who sees this ask for there service by name the feeling of being important and wanting to spend money at an establishment is what it’s all about. It was a down town Ocean Springs experience, and it’s definitely a must go……Our waitress was Jamie, she was awesome….These employees make The Crawfish House a must go… bright smiles, great attitudes, great energy, I definitely will be back. I jus woke up yesterday, with Lobster and crawfish on my mind, lol, I had to have them yesterday, and let me tell you…..the flavor and taste was delicious, the food, the lemonade, the atmosphere was priceless, no waiting , walked in and went str8 to table, exclusive, I can actually unwind in a environment like that….. Overall The Crawfish House is a must , while you on the coast, or even a resident, it’s a must go……..Thanks Lillie, Grayson, and definitely Jamie for bringing the taste and food out my thoughts to the table , into my tummy , Thank you to the chef, thank you to the owner, hiring employees like that is what it takes to be consistent, and longevity, amazing food , good vibe , nice place to unwind if you got time , family friendly environment, couple friendly environment, single friendly environment

It has been a couple of years since I ate at The Crawfish House and it has really changed for the better! I had dinner (Royal Red Boil) there last night and the food was amazing. The service was perfect, and all of the servers were happy and hustling! The bartender even helped clear and serve tables when he wasn’t busy behind the bar. The restaurant was clean, lively and very inviting. I highly recommend The Crawfish House!

Maggie was awesome!!! She gave great recommendations on food and drinks and we loved it.. my only con was that the blackened shrimp nachos were not blackened still good just not blackened as described on the wall menu. Loved the crab dip and will be returning for more of it. Thanks MAGGIE!!!

First visit to establishment, while on vacation. Monday night at 5pm, young family of 4. We ordered the Crawfish dip to start. My kids said it was too spicy for them. The tortilla chips were overcooked or cooked in dirty oil as they tasted a bit burnt. We ordered the Catfish platter and fish platter. (Picture is a combo of both kinds of fish) both fish were bland and could use flavor. Fries were average and Ranch dressing was watery and below average. We also ordered a kids chicken tender meal, which was okay at best.
For not being busy we had to seek out and ask for drink refills. However, the waitress was extremely kind and good with my kids. As for the atmosphere, it was fantastic. We sat outside in the covered seating. Plenty of fans and good music. Overall our food cost $65 and was very “mid”. The fish platter was best “bang-for-buck” item.

Fantastic food! FANTASTIC ATMOSPHERE! AND FANTASTIC EMPLOYEES. Jamie my waitress was great with amazing vibes. The food was incredible. I can tell all the employees love working there because of such a great attitude from them. Its a definately MUST GO when your on the coast. Crawfish was beautifully flavored and all the other meals were cooked to perfection!

Waited so long for my food last night. I order before this guy and his sons but they got their food before me. Mind you it’s a crawfish restaurant. It don’t take thirty plus minutes to bring me crawfish and they were the size of a toddler index finger. I wanted my money back but my kids was hungry so I settled. But will not spend my money there again. I must say they were very well seasoned. I’m talking licking finger good. Bit they wasn’t big enough for the wait.

Outdoor seafood dining. I had the catfish platter with royal reds (deep water shrimp) absolutely fantastic. The oysters were the best I’ve ever had. So much good seafood and a full selection of beers on tap. I really enjoyed the selections and decor. A must go in southern MS.

I went here with my wife for her birthday two weeks ago and the food was amazing and he service was even better, and the price for all of the above made the whole trip worth it. Here they offer all kinds of seafood, Po boys, pasta dishes, burgers, tons of appetizers, we got the bang bang shrimp, which was really good!

Man I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant!! First off it was cold and they made sure we had a table inside to accommodate are big group!! Everyone one was friendly from the beginning to end! But the best part of it all was my son wanted to hold a live crawfish and they definitely made it happen with no questions at all!! Thank you Jess and Becca for making my sons night!
