Went at 11:30 on a Saturday July 5th. The place was very clean and updated. Food was ready in 3 minutes after ordering on the app, all correct and fresh. Sudu (definitely spelled that wrong- sorry) was very pleasant and brought the food right to us and was actively keeping the place spotless as well! Give that guy a raise! Thank you for caring about what you do!

Shitty store always having an excuse to why they don’t have anything. The food be messed up when u get it and they be forgetting stuff. You can make an order and then they tell you gotta pay cash. No credit or debit. So why accept my order. It’s 2026 who doesn’t take credit or debit. Yah might as well close the store like the other stores if you guys not gonna be serving people and having attitudes like yah hate yah job. Shitty food and shitty customer service. Everytime I come here I always have to pull over to the side and wait for my food btw it’s driveway. They have no one in the lobby nor do they have online orders. I’m sick of keyser McDonald’s. Every other McDonalds in Scranton works more efficiently. They have to do better

I ordered food on the about 3:45 being told the system was down. Including all mobile orders and Doordash orders when I went inside 5 minutes before picking up a Doordash. And I picked up another Doordash about 10 minutes later. Whomever was on the headset couldn’t help themselves from laughing and making remarks in the background.
I do not recommend going to deal with the night crew they are always very unprofessional and 99% of the time the food comes out cold or stale.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Ordered a combo pack for starters the fries were cold tasted like they’d been out for hours, i was missing 2 McChickens and the burgers barely had any condiments on them. Very disappointing

I want to give props to the McDonald’s on Keyser Ave in Scranton they are legit the ONLY McDonald’s from Scranton to Carbondale that not only gets my order right, you know just by reading what I ordered crazy concept I know but it works…. But they also go above and beyond and make the absolute BEST Oreo McFlurry. I always order extra crushed Oreos but they seriously are the only ones who actually give it me even though I paid for extra I never get it unless it’s from this particular establishment. They also layer the McFlurry which is nice since they stopped mixing them for you. My point to all my rambling isaube these local McDonald’s should take some lessons from the staff on Keyser Ave (night shift idk what it’s like during the day I work nights so I order at night). That’s my 2 cents

Best McDonald’s in the area. Plenty of parking including a large area where a charter bus or trailer could park. Gas station next door for quick fill up. Online ordering available and this McDonald’s is open 24 hours.
