This is the best Taco Bell in the area hands down! I do like the one on 79/98 but it depends who is working the window, but they are decent. However, the one on Richard Jackson is unmatched! They always give me napkins and the specific number of sauces I ask for. All of the employees are nice and efficient! The food always tastes great. I had to write this review because I missed them today after having to get a different location on door dash that was average. The only complaint I have is they don’t open earlier like the one on 79/98. Otherwise this is a great location and the best in the area! This team deserves praise.

I know that they could do better. They were actually two stars a couple of years ago, and I live nearby, so I keep giving them a chance to show they can improve. ✨ Last visit, the veggie Mexican pizza; the crispy tortilla was fried in oil, likely reused because it had a pungent aftertaste. ️

Staff insists I use kiosk to order food. I was already mad when the pile of junk didn’t believe I was touching it. Took 7 minutes to just get the buttons to work, and it took at least this far into the review to get my food.
Piles of filth under the counter and sauce table as though not a single staff member can operate a mop. Sticky and littered. Fingerprints on every window.
Cold food. Runny beans. Never using a kiosk again. My hands were disgusting and now so is that thing.

I came with a Free taco ticket and gave a beef one, told them to exchange them and they told me that had to pay extra. Then after that one of the team members came back with the chicken taco. Personally was disappointed, but I understand these places are over loaded with worked not enough employees and underpaid that what happens to me on my job. No customer service in any Taco Bell, went to the one in Port St. Joe Florida same thing, people under work and under paid. People come on pay your freaking employees and give them hours.

I was there to pick up a Door Dash order and there was no where to park. Going through the drive-thru was not an option. Once inside I told them I was there to pick up the order. I saw someone place the order on the table behind the counter and walk away. Several employees passed by it, were standing around talking and never once handed it to me. In fact, they didn’t even not acknowledge that I was standing there waiting for it! Needless to say the order was delivered late and I was penalized for it.

If I’m waiting for awhile for food why isn’t it fresh prepared as I’m expecting should be but nope. Sad to post this but somethings gotta change. Multiple times I keep coming back expecting it to be half way better. From receiving wrong orders, hard tacos soft like soft tacos & chalupas being crunchy as hard shell tacos. Not a satisfied customer
