Why was I able to place an order online if they were out of chicken? Why couldn’t they call me and notify me that there wasn’t any chicken, my number is provided in the app, where I placed my order. Seems like if there wasn’t any chicken they could call, I’m sure they weren’t doing anything else and had the time. Why wasn’t the worker able to provide me a refund? Why was the door locked during regular business hours ? Beings I placed an online order over a hour ago why did I have to wait in line another 30 min? Process doesn’t make sense. Get it together. Side note, when there’s no chicken clean the inside it’s filthy. Probably why the worker said the “door should’ve been locked”. Finally get to the window and worker tell me I have to wait on 2 pieces of chicken, then hands me my bag of food, sooo I thought all my food was in the bag and begun to drive off. Worker says “wait, remember you still have to wait for 2 pieces of chicken.”
C’mon lady why wouldn’t you give me all my food at once. Now foods in here getting cold, no telling how long I’m going to have to wait now.
Place should be shut down. Ridiculous.
Placed an online order on January 1, 2026. When we arrived, the restaurant lights were on, but the doors were locked. Chicken was sitting under the warmer, yet there was no employee in sight. We sat at the drive-thru window for about 5 minutes with no response.
We tried calling the store multiple times—no answer. Inside, we could clearly see a pair of shoes on the floor, a purse, a cellphone, and a headset on the counter, and one register appeared slightly open. Receipts for online orders were actively printing. Multiple customers came through trying to pick up orders they had already paid for.
We parked and waited, assuming someone would eventually come to the drive-thru, but no one did. After about 30 minutes, the police arrived. As soon as the officer got out of his car, a young woman exited one of the parked cars—it was the employee. She appeared to be working alone and chose to sit in her car while customers waited inside and at the drive-thru.
Regardless of staffing issues, online ordering should have been turned off, or the restaurant should have been properly closed and customers notified. This situation was handled extremely poorly.
It has now been 6 days. We still have no food and no refund. We’ve called the store repeatedly with no way to reach a manager, and we’ve contacted corporate and were told we’d receive a call back—nothing.
After reading the reviews about this location, we don’t even want the food anymore. We just want our $30 refunded. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
A little run down, but smelled good and very busy. A lot the meal I was picking up required 25 mins to cook even though it was called in 20 mins prior. Store subbed a few items and threw in a few extras at no additional cost.

The customer texted me asking me why her order was reassigned 5 time before getting to me now I know why. Welp this was the 6th time. I am getting real tired of this story and the one on North Main. their slackness messes up my money. Cancelling orders sometimes was pretty big but I’m not wasting 30-45 minutes of my time sitting in a long line because they don’t wanna deal with anyone.
I hope this store shuts down or gets bought by someone who actually cares and hire non slack people
