We ordered drive thru. Ordered baked potato with bacon and cheese. Chicken strips. Received stale chicken nuggets and a baked potato with basically nothing on it. Tried calling just a recording and headquarters with just recording. No this is Wendy’s. Just a generic voice mail. Not the first time poor food. Will not go back. Ever.

Wasn’t happy! Says they were open until 10 pm last night . We go there at 8 and doors are locked. Drive through people laughed and told us “ we are short staffed”. Not an excuse to close your doors! Then we left because we couldn’t get served and my son was cutting through by a tree when he smashed his face into a wire that was going from a tree to a stake. Was not labeled that there was a wire there. He has a black eye and chipped tooth. Looking into this more when we get home but would Never Cone back here. Had he been a little taller it could have taken his neck off. Very unsafe. You can’t see the wire at night.

The girl that took our order was very rude. ” Tianna” was the name on the name tag. I don’t come here often so I asked what sauce there was for the nuggets. She talked really fast to the point I could barely understand her, and she was mad that I asked this question. The whole time we were ordering she looked annoyed. Customer service was good. Kind and friendly the only thing serving the food was very slow. We waited a good amount of time for 4 burgers. Maybe short staffed? Other than that visit to Wendy’s was good.

The staff working did not match the name on the receipt. The male scanned my card with one of those scam riff readers. My bank called me 10minutes later and had locked my card because they made 3 subscription sale attempts back to back from a California line.
– I’ll be contacting management to let them know they might have employee’s doing this in their drive thru. This is just the list of what happened. Im not making a dramatic narrative. Wendy’s foods always good. Ill change the rate later but for now I want to warn folks about the card scams happening.

That was, no doubt, no joke, the best Wendy’s meal I’ve ever had in my life. Like, every other Wendy’s I’ve had has been like, eh, that was food. This Wendy’s here in Duluth, Minnesota, it is life-changing. I don’t think I will ever be the same, and I will never be able to eat another Wendy’s again. Unless I move to Duluth. And I’m strongly considering that, just so I can have similar meals as to that one that I ate just now.

Save your money and go somewhere else. The staff here are extremely rude and the food is not good like it used to be. Whoever the guy was working in the drive thru needs an attitude adjustment. What a shame. Please get some new employees here and learn how to talk and treat people. We asked a simple question and got a dirty look and attitude for it.

Honest I was disappointed in the presentation and the handled my food poorly. I kindly asked if they used gloves to prepare guest food lady working window said yes. Then I asked if my food could be re made due to the fact that I watched my food being handle with bare hands. I received my food got home and how am I supposed to eat this when its a mess. Yesterday I came through and its was neatly packaged in foil and sausage gravy sauce neatly put on it as well. I am a manager myself and I find this beyond dissatisfaction.
