First, I could not use my card on the app. I had to repeat my order 3 different times because the drive thru cashier (Michael) was busy talking over me, for which I couldn’t get my order right. I asked for no ice in lemonade but he put in my drink any way. I paid for my food and I had to pull up and Michael came out to bring my order he raise my food up above my truck playing and I asked nicely not to play with my food. He omitted one jr bacon cheeseburgers. I guess he was so busy over talking me to hear or understand I do not know him. He was asking me personal questions at the drive thru several times. I was being nice because I didn’t want to do something to my food. I love eating at Wendy’s but I will never come back to this location ever again. Thank you but no thank you I don’t care what discount they give. And he didn’t give me my receipt. I ordered 2 biggie bags 1 with chicken sandwiches and another with jr bacon cheeseburgers and additional jr cheeseburger and nuggets between 2-3pm on 1/17/2026

For some off reason, it’s always an issue at this store and it’s ridiculous. You have me sitting in a line for 15 minutes knowing you’re not gonna make my order, after you already tried to LIE AND SAY YOU DIDNT HAVE IT UNTIL I PULLED THAT RECEIPT. It’s always an issue at this location, no worries because if I don’t see my money back in my account the owner of that store will be sued. HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES! 4:30 crew on 12/29 were rude and very disrespectful!! I ordered 2 biggy bags and proceeded to say I had a son of baconator coupon and asked if it was just mayo cheese and bacon and cheese the girl said yes. Got to the window and she tried to scan coupon and it did not work. The girl told person on the line that I ordered the baconator but didn’t show up. Girl at window gave me 2 biggy bags and shut window so I waited she opened it back and I told her I didn’t get baconator and she said coupon didn’t work then said hold on and rang it in and coupon worked. I don’t believe she had rung it up to begin with because my total was 11.10 before asking for coupon. They ended up making it and handing it to me. I took one bite and it had ketchup on it so I turned around and came in and asked her if I could get it without ketchup and then I was sorry that girl told me it was just mayonnaise bacon and cheese After standing there for a minute and the girl having to tell the drive-through lady that her customer was standing there and she has walked away. The lady on the line was talking trash and saying that’s what these people do to get stuff. I proceeded to let her know that her employee told me mayonnaise bacon and cheese!! As they were all continuing to talk trash in front of me!! If they don’t like there job they should find a new one and not bash costumers for their own mistakes!!

Food was good and received in a decent amount of time but the customer service was meh. girl at the window didn’t say one word. no “hello” no total nothing. I asked for sweet tea and got unsweetened so I asked to replace and said please and thank you. I also asked her for ketchup said thank you. no you’re welcome have a nice day. if you don’t want to be there then quit or work in the back.

Every time you go through the drive-thru they make you wait at the speaker to order for 20 mins before taking your order. It’s crazy literally every single even when they are not busy can be just 1 car at their window and you at the speaker they STILL ask you to hold and make you wait forever to order. Like come on how are the Wendy’s owners okay with their horrible drive-thru times.

If you have hungry in the night, don’t go over there. They take more than 15 minutes to give into your order. It’s pretty sure that’s gonna use hot spicy., or something else in your food is not just happens to me, I listen to different people saying the same the employers are rude. The food is nasty. If you have hungry, better go nearby that store that is at McDonald’s. And nobody do nothing to get better at that store.

Went in yesterday Nov 10 , 2025 about 3pm . There was 1 person waiting for food and 1 car at the drive thru. I saw 4 employees including the manager. They left me standing at the counter for over 15 minutes! Without acknowledging me let alone taking my order . They all looked at me more than once. They were singing, talking on the phone absolute disrespect. I will never go back.

The gentleman i use that word lightly for there was nothing gentle of this guy.

The guy was contentious as well rude.
I hope he was not a manager for the action towards customer and coworker was not professional.

Slammed my card in the machine then slammed my card on the machine.
Yelled at the coworker three times.
asking for product.

Yelled at the customer inside. What do you want.Customer asked for spicy nuggets and said we dont have that in rude way following with ill just give you chicken nuggets.

As my food was handed the bag was greased out for fries were turned upside down in the bag.
With rudness I was told here’s bbq that what im giving you.
Not what I asked for, I asked for ranch.

asked for my drink and almost threw it at me.
I won’t be back and will tell the school I work for about this .
