My Dorito taco was BROKEN . My nacho fries had no nacho, they were just fries. They were also soggy. Got free Baja blasts though. My cheesy Gordita crunch was delectable. Very upset about my nacho fries.

DoorDash driver here. Be warned, this store does NOT verify that your order is being picked up by the correct person. No one checks and the staff refuse to do so. I brought this to the manager’s attention and his response was “you can’t guarantee me that the order wasn’t picked up by the right person.” Buddy… I literally showed you and your staff the order AND the instructions from DoorDash to remake it (which they refused to do).
This store does not take any responsibility for their customers’ orders. They don’t perform even a basic verification that the person grabbing it is even FROM DoorDash.
DON’T ORDER FROM THIS ONE!

Great service, sometimes fresh food when I’m in! I’ve had a couple experiences where I’ve had to ask for fresher food. An old white man looked me in my face and lied, I started to request a refund and then a Hispanic (assuming) lady came up and gave me fresh food after saying it’d be a couple minutes. It’ll be awhile before I’m back.

I just picked up from here at 8:40am, and as soon as I walked in the staff saw me and turned their backs. Not one person acknowledged me. I use to work here and seeing the staffing go from “greet every customer” to “ignore the customers” is heartbreaking.

Order the chicken bowl got 2 small pieces of chicken. Ordered no cheese no sour cream but once I started to mix it up you could tell it was on there they just took a majority of it off and covered it with lettuce. I have a dairy allergy. Not to mention the food was ice cold.

Food was at or above typical Taco Bell standards. Service was fine, but note that if you don’t use the app or a kiosk, that you may need to wait a few minutes before you can submit your order since they do not staff the single order taking register they have. We had to order thus way since we had a free combo card that can only be redeemed by a human.

The lobby/eating area was clean except a coupke tables. But pretty good given it was lunch rush.

All in all, decent experience and better than most other Taco Bell restaurants I have been to.

Service and food quality has taken a nose dive recently. On a recent visit, my order was wrong. Mistakes happen, so I blew it off.

Tonight I placed my order at the drive through, asking for Combo #1. The voice said “Anything else”? I asked if he knew if I wanted regular or supreme tacos, and his response was “you can have it either way”. I think he missed the point I was making: he didn’t ask which type I wanted. We got it sorted out, but I’m not sure he was aware anything needed to be sorted out.

My order wasn’t complete. He seemed distracted, so I chose not to continue with my order until he was ready. When he finally asked, I added a quesadilla to my order.

When I got home, I discovered the the quesadilla wasn’t cut into wedges. Not a big deal on its own, I have a knife. But that wasn’t the only problem. The tacos were mostly filled with lettuce and very little taco meat. Maybe my bias from an already bad experience is clouding my judgement, but man, that was a lot of lettuce.

I know these things are fleeting and likely due to the quality of the current staff. I wouldn’t have bothered to write this review if I hadn’t had bad experiences with my most recent two visits. These two incidents may be a coincidence, but it may be a trend.

We made a mobile order and had our food stolen by the time we showed up. The workers/manager were quick to resolve the issue with no hostility. Great food and workers! This was may 16th around 7 pm.
