Had a horrible experience at Wendy’s. 30 minutes in line to get my order. The drive thru service was a disaster. The fries were cold the burgers did not taste fresh but the frosty was good. Will not be back anytime soon.

Loved the food and family pack for quick dinner nights but there are Nats flying around the ketchup inside, super rude staff, asked for extra BBQ and the response was met with, I mean cant you see it in your bag that its already in there. If I pay 20 bucks for 50 nuggets are 7-8 sauces fair for a family meal? Probably won’t go back to this location. Manager hires people he can take advantage of bc almost everyone looked/acted cracked out too.

I stopped here for dinner and was highly disappointed. The first thing was the cashier wasn’t listening to me when I was placing my order. I said that I wanted a mango pineapple lemonade with my order and the cashier heard strawberry lemonade. The second thing was when I got my food the fries were hard/cold and not fresh. After I left to go home and started eating the nuggets. They were like gummies. Very mushy and disgusting. My appetite is ruined!! The manager Never apologized or acknowledged me at all for the inconvenience. She so rude. I did receive a refund. The is the second time I’ve had a bad experience here with the same manager. Working with the public is not a good job for her because she doesn’t like to communicate with people who choose to spend their money at this location. I am and amongst others are the reason you even have a job. The first time I ever came here when I ordered my food the hamburger bun with pieces together because it was ripped apart. The hamburger was made very sloppy. I threw up in the drive thru tonight because of the gummy texture chicken nuggets. I don’t think the nuggets were done all the way. Please spend your money elsewhere.

Went today with my gf and honestly despite hearing bad about it, it was a good place. friendly workers and the area was surprisingly clean for a fast food place. The only thing that concerned me was the way I saw some worker talking to what looked like either a young man about 18 or 16. Idk if it was a joke or not but i guess the kid bumped into him or something and he said something about the second time there’s going to be a problem. Honestly couldn’t tell if they were joking so don’t take my word for gospel. But 10/10 place just insane they let people talk to what looks like minors that way. Again couldn’t exactly hear or see so don’t take my word for gospel. Other then that the food is fresh service is great and despite some minor things, I would totally recommend trying this place

Well placed a mobile order, came home and there was a huge hair on top of my bacon cheese fries. Gross but just wanted to get a refund, called and they argued with me that I did not have an order with them. I have the receipt in front of me and clearly know which Wendy’s I went to…Not a single sorry, just told me to try to get a refund on the app. Complete lack of customer service. Won’t be going here again.

As a doordasher, I am at this restaurant frequently and I have never had anything lower than exceptional service. The Management and the crew, both day and night, go above and beyond to help and provide service to their customers. Other locations could learn from them.

Ordered Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger extra mayo, got a hard top bun, no extra mayo and a cold over cooked burger patty with a scrap of bacon. Ordered 2 Double Stacks, add mayo, got 2 overccoked patties on both burgers with only mayo. Mine was at least edible, my husband’s was not. It was thrown away. The patties on all 3 burgers were barely fit for the chili, but at least in the chili they’d had some moisture. Who ever was on the grill between 915 and 10 pm needs to be retrained because they’re trifling and lazy. My question is would you have eaten what you served me?!?!?!

Food here was fresh and delicious. Somewhat friendly, but it took a crazy long time to order and even longer to get our food. If given the opportunity, I always hit 109 or 231 locations instead.
