Decent fried stuff, but turns out I don’t like fried food anymore so take this review with a grain of salt
Atlantic cod dinner, sub coleslaw and fries with broccoli and cheese curds – 3/5 decent
DIY butterburger, double cheddar – 2/5 the cheese was not melted. Overall bland despite having ketchup and mustard
Chicken cashew salad – 2/5 the raspberry vinaigrette had high fructose corn syrup
They have shaded tables outside, nice to eat at in summer

Great service every time. Today, I especially appreciated the window attendant making sure I was aware of the wide curb all around the building. Could easily see someone going too quickly and scraping their car.

Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with fries and cheese curds. They didn’t get me my fires and left out the bacon on the burger. My shake was fully melted when I received it in the drive through and the gentleman that brought the bag out was not very gentle with the food at all banging it multiple times on the way out.

My order came without napkins nor condiments. I had to go in. We decided to eat in the parking lot. Then I discovered the teas were unsweetened instead of sweet. Another trip back in. I felt it was some type of petty prank for a combination of my 2 rolls of quarters. HINT. have a basket of condiments nearby at pickup for the occasional incidentals
Wasn’t my fault the person took forever counting them in stacks when they could’ve counted 40 of em or maybe we didn’t look like the majority of the customers. We wasn’t from the area. 🙁

they forgot my large fries and tenders. i called and was told i need to wait for hr to be notified then id get an email replacing the missing items. now i start eating what food i was given and noticed it tasted weird. one patty isn’t even cooked. terrible service and terrible food

I called earlier this week and spoke to “Taylor” the female voice that spoke with absolute disgrace towards me as I was only asking if it’s okay to order a bigger meal since I have 4 children. Dry answering that followed with derogatory and foul language that I can hear when she was thinking that she wasn’t heard when saying these words to her co-worker. It’s a disgrace that this person can even handle phone calls and I’m beyond astonished by the treatment. Would not recommend calling.

Got handed out the wrong food in witch being chicken and fish worth maybe 20 worth when I gave 55 for my order and when I called back was told would be written down and never was! Only take one to ruin it for the rest, no more Culver’s id a reckon. Just outright sad.

This location used to be flawless, but lately they’ve consistently served me luke warm food whether I do carry out, curbside, or drive thru.
I’m okay with sub par food but the service has taken a dive as well, this location used to have really really really good service, now you’re lucky if they even say hello.
Now the worst part: missing items.
If you aren’t dining in you better make well sure they put everything in the bag. Out of my 7 carry out orders in 2025, 6 were missing items, not just sauces or condiments, entire food items that costs good money to add on. They will forget that stuff so it’s on you to make sure it’s in the bag I’ve come to find out.
The moment they raises their prices I’m done with this place because they’re just pennies away from being complete rip off fast food.
Right now it’s not a great value but not a bad one either. Middle of the road food, at middle of the road prices, with lackluster service at best, sad to see this culvers location fall from grace.

Culvers is awesome. Butter burgers, onion rings, cheese curds, chicken tenders are all awesome. The custard is also good.
