This is the best McDonald’s I have ever been to. I love McDonald’s breakfast and I have a complicated order. The order taker is always so patient and makes sure it’s correct. The kitchen is always super fast while also making fresh food. I’ve never had a better steak bagel and iced coffee at any other McDonald’s. The attention to detail and the kindness I’ve received from the staff keeps me coming back almost every day !!!

Getting the food wasn’t an issue but when I got to work and opened the bag it all went wrong. Ordered a sausage mcgriddle and added bacon but what I got was a mcmuffin. It had the sticker for the mcgriddle but was clearly not one. Very disappointed.

Well, I went to get breakfast 30 minutes ago. Ordered a steak bagel meal. All went well. Until I got home. Opened up order they gave me a bacon/egg/ cheese bagel meal. Not what I ordered! My husband went back out to get a steak bagel for me. However, when they gave him his change back they decided to keep the coin. No, he did not tell them to donate it to Ronald McDonald’s house. Absolutely not after screwing up the first order & having to go back for the correct sandwich. Just totally FRUSTRATING!!!

TERRIBLE experience. i was with my mom and little brother and we all agreed this was the worst experience of our life. first, it took them 4 minutes to come to the mic to take our order and then we were in line for 30 minutes waiting for our food before i went in and talked to them. then they messed up our sodas and sauce packets. they were swearing in front of the lobby full of customers! when they handed us our food they basically threw it in our car. it was so messy in the lobby and very unprofessional, there was a poor girl waiting for 25 minutes in the lobby just to place her order and nobody came up to her. they repeatedly looked at her (so they clearly saw her) and still didn’t even go to the counter to take her order.

I ordered a Large French Vanilla Iced Coffee, they were taking a while on it.. I seen the employee making it through the window and tell me why the whole cup was filled with dark coffee.. then she walked towards the back and came back with it was a little lighter then she handed it to me and it was so strong pure coffee like what.. I was so upset had to fix it at work and still was very strong added so many things to it idk what the hell was going on in her head but it was pure black coffee not even kidding.

Always long waits, understaffed, bathroom smells terrible, this place is disgusting and staff is rude and unhelpful, they just say they are understaffed. Have had to wait here 40 mins for my order before. Go to the other store in town
