I have frequented this location for years and the staff mostly know me my name! They are friendly and prompt and the newly renovated restaurant and dining area are kept clean and presentable.
I have witnessed the general manager conduct countless interviews, which I’m always impressed! She always pours into the youth during this critical time across the board!
A few days ago I visited and the staff decorated for Christmas and it looks amazing! The time it took to do this was given out of love and the video will show just that! Thanks to everyone there you guys give a light to the fast food industry where there usually isn’t any!

Ok I get it, you’re taco bell but seriously every single cantina taco I get is crushed. Are yall just punching the tacos like they owe you money or something? I’m seriously just tired of the lack of respect you have for your customers and the food you serve like you just don’t care because you think there’s no consequences. I wanted to share my recent experience at your establishment. Unfortunately, I found the service to be lacking. Upon entering, I felt overlooked and decided to use the drive-thru instead. I ordered a large fresh fry, but it was served twice, both times not fresh and actually a small size.
Since the transition to self-service, I have noticed a decline in the quality of customer service, which I find quite disappointing.

I arrived at 12:55a placed an order for two number 6’s. One beef one chicken. When I got to the window I was informed the cook turned off the fryer and the chalupa’s shell needed to be fried so the employee was giving me other options however then when I was handed my food she was informed that order was made. When I arrived to my destination the chalupa shell was not fried and the everything was soggy. The fried shell is what makes the meal taste so well. I was highly disappointed. Why would the fryer be off with 2 more hours left. If I wanted a soft taco I would ordered it!

I agree with the other reviews that the oil must have gone bad – the Mexican pizzas here taste like plastic. I have not had this taste at any other Taco Bell, ONLY at this location several times over the last several months.
Someone needs to do a quality control check or double check preparation for these items.
Update: hours later I started exhibiting symptoms of food poisoning. This was the only thing I ate today.

We placed an order on 1/18 at 2pm as we wanted to try the new steak dipper. We ordered the creamy chipotle sauce with the steak dipper and also paid for an extra side of nacho cheese so we could try both. Upon arriving home, we noticed that both of the dipping sauces were missing. We called the store to ask to be refunded for the steak dipper and the extra sauce since we did not have time to drive back to the restaurant. The manager, Edith, told us that she would not issue a refund over the phone even though we had the receipt and all its details, and that we would have to drive back to the restaurant to get the refund. Is this Taco Bell’s policy? It is ridiculous to ask a customer to drive 15 minutes to get refunded for a store error. I would like for someone to contact me to rectify this situation.

By far one of the worst taco bells I’ve ever been too. The nightshift is absolutely lazy. Sat in the drive thru line for over 15 mins just to be told at the box they’re only accepting online orders. One time time they decided to close 45mins early then decided the best way to tell was having a worker yell at folks in the drive thru.

The drive-thru wait was at least 30 minutes. The staff was likely understaffed, but despite that, the drive-thru worker was very friendly, and the food was exactly what I ordered. Great work even under pressure. The crew who worked tonight on 11/30/25 deserves a raise.

If I could rate this location zero stars I would. Come thru the drive thru at 1130p when the store closes at. 1a and the lady tells me they’re not taking drive thru orders only door dash pickups.just lazy.
