Did a pick up order here and the food was terrible cheesy fiesta potatoes were stale they put beans in my beefy 5 layer burrito when i asked for none also looks like they wiped the floor with it see pics below….2 of the sodas i ordered the new purple flavor were flat and had no flavor they didn’t have it for the self serve soda machine so i asked if they could fill it up in the back and it was still terrible…The store smells weird things are broken the store is broken down the store itself needs help!!…I called the store to speak with someone and they answer saying this is state farm…This taco bell is a joke serving nasty food i don’t recommend and i won’t be back and to add nobody in there speaks a lick of english….

If I could leave a 0 star review I would website says you guys close @2:30 am and I always come to this location on my lunch break and was told by the worker we are closed sorry if you don’t want to work just say that you guys seriously need to hire better employees because this isn’t the first time that this happens to me at this location at this same time it was only 1:10 am when I arrived

Not sure if it’s taco bell in general or this location but food is so overpriced and somehow gotten even shittier quality over the years. Will never be back again. Got a new potatoe burrito and it was soggy and tasted like dish soap.

Avoid this place at all costs.
1) Broken soap dispenser in bathroom. Most tables weren’t wiped down with food particles from other patrons.
2) They actively look at you and ignore you at the counter forcing you to use the kiosk which I don’t use as the people before me had their fingers in their mouth.
3) Any soft drinks that are sugar free or diet were not working, I’m drinking unsweetened iced tea without any sweetener because…… Yep, they don’t have any.
4) ordered a #6. The chalupa shells were stale, I thought I might break a tooth on them. Thankfully the forks were in stock.
5) my beefy 5 layer burrito was closer to a wrapped soup.
I’ve been in bad fast food places before but this is worse by a mile. I really wish corporate would police their franchise a little more diligently. I doubt I’ll try another Taco Bell anytime soon.

Taco bell chicken wings! This location charges a tiny bit extra on every item I don’t know why. But , these chicken wings are surprisingly delectable. I wasn’t expecting much. The wings are not flawless, out of 5 only 4 wings came out good.The seasoning was heavy on some wings but light on others… regular taco bell stuff. What matters is that taste. Its good chicken with or without the sauce. The food scientist at taco bell always know how to create a tasty seasoning similar to how the nacho fries are coated in some addictive salty finish. They’ve done it again with these chicken wings… hopefully they bring them back soon!

Super extremely slow, Taco Bell I don’t know the kid working at drive-through is probably on some thing and doesn’t understand simple instructions. There are extremely slow here. It’s so ridiculous. It took 25 minutes at least just to get something from them. I don’t know why these people are like this and if they’re doing it deliberately, but this place stuff he needs new management and some employees.

Its honestly sad to see these low average people saying bad stuff on reviews these people are workers, I’ve seen them going back in forth doing their best to get orders out, you are not the only customer there.They are not machines it’s laughable that some people wanna act privileged and how some say bad stuff and then act all nice .I love this place the staff there are super kind and fun to interact with the food was freshly hot and made welly.

Ordered food online, got to the location 8 minutes after ordering. Was told I had to wait 30 minutes for them to receive and make the order even though the app said they received it. There were no other customers there. I ask why, and was told that I needed to wait in the parking lot. I asked them to cancel it they said they don’t know how to. Normally never have to wait, especially not 30 minutes for Taco Bell. Never got a reason why, employee looked confused.

Dude in the drive through takes 5 mins to respond and gets my order wrong, didn’t give any sauce, charges extra for something which isn’t even supposed to be extra. Avoid this specific location. Any other location is fine.

The app and Google Maps both stated that the location was open until 4AM. I placed an order on the app and arrived at the location at 2:50AM. The staff told me they were closed. I asked why two different apps showed them open until 4AM if they weren’t, and they couldn’t give me an answer. They also couldn’t figure out how to cancel the order. I had to contact Corporate and explain the situation in order to get my money back.
