Had nothing but bad experiences here. The first time I come in to try the new carne asada. I place the order on the app and when I get there my order is not ready in time and they tell me they are out of the carne asada, but they can do it with any other meat. Carne asada is the most expensive meat on the menu that I already paid for…how is anything else a fair substitution? They did not refund the difference either.
The second time again I placed my order through the app. I was coming back from the gym, so I decided to go double protein carne asada this time and added the queso blanco. I got it with everything except beans and guac. This was a $22 burrito, which is absolutely ridiculous! And I’m telling you this was the smallest burrito I have ever gotten from them with even less meat! And I usually just get single protein. I am usually very full after one of these, but after this I was still quite hungry. With double protein?? That’s a $7 extra charge for even less meat! You can see how small it is in the picture and there is literally no meat even visible. This is in the middle of the burrito! What a scam! It’s clear that when you place an online order or through the app, they make it back in the kitchen, so they can skimp on all the fillings since no one is there watching them make it. Chipotle has truly become a joke.
Oh and by the way, when you try and submit the survey they send you or contact them online through their website, it tells you there is a problem and to try again later. It has been saying this for weeks. Absolutely joke of customer service as well.
Edit: I knew they would just tell me to contact them using their website online that doesn’t work when you submit your review. Performative response making it seem like you’re making it right, when you’re actually doing nothing. And you can’t respond to their reply to this review either…the joke continues.

I hadn’t been to Chipotle in a few years due to a couple of past bad experiences, but my recent visit to the Chipotle on Camino De La Reina completely changed my mind. The food was incredibly fresh, and the chicken practically melted in my mouth. The staff were excellent—friendly, efficient, and they kept the line moving quickly. Truly an outstanding experience.

The quality of the food is semi consistent.

I did not appreciate my most recent experience at this location.

I had three orders with distinct ingredients and felt overwhelmingly rushed by two staff members as I was ordering. There was not a huge line either.

If fiber and customer service are your priority, give Sweet Green your business next time.

While ording the food the servers were confused on what to put in the burritos, i bought 2 of the same and they charged for 2 different types. The recipe said we ordered extra steak when we didn’t ask for extra, and add guacamole to the recipe but we didn’t ask for it and didn’t see them put any on.
I believe what led to this was the servers confused with each other on what to do next. The servers should be in charge of their own station and that one should ask what i wanted instead of the previous one telling the other server what to put on, and to ask for clarification questions for things that will lead it becoming more expensive.
I came in looking to spend 36$, came out and spent 46$ for 2 burritos and 2 cokes instead.

I visited this location for the first time while shopping in the area.

Unfortunately, the serving size was significantly smaller compared to other nearby locations.

When I requested additional rice, the employee simply closed the bowl and pushed it toward the register without addressing my concerns.

I won’t be returning to this location in the future; instead, I’ll opt to drive across town to my usual Chipotle.

The food at this restaurant is exceptional, with a diverse and well-presented menu to match. The staff are friendly and attentive, contributing to a welcoming ambiance. Despite the upscale atmosphere, the prices are quite reasonable. Overall, this establishment provides a memorable dining experience.

*I get it, I door dashed my order, but it’s the workers that messed it up*

Ordered through DoorDash from this chipotle. Got it within a solid 15 minutes which was good timing. I opened the bowl to find the completely wrong order. The bag had my name correct, but the actual bowl had “Peyton” — sorry I was given your order!

Not even looking for a free meal in return. I’d simply like an apology for a careless mistake.

I got lost finding this chipotle cause the app location is different from the google maps one. They gave my order away and had to remake it. My name is really unique, theres no way someone could of guessed it. I placed my mobile order at 10:10 and didn’t get it till 10:38. Food was really good. I think they were just rushing to go home.
