I truly enjoy eating at Chick-fil-A, but recently I had a very concerning experience. On February 26, I found a piece of glass in my water after taking a sip. The glass had already been in my mouth, which was both alarming and dangerous.
This situation raises serious safety concerns. Ingesting glass can lead to significant medical complications, including cuts (lacerations), perforations of the gastrointestinal tract, internal bleeding, and severe pain. Thankfully, I was not physically harmed. However, the thought of a child drinking the same water or consuming ice from the same source is extremely troubling. A child may not recognize the danger in time to prevent injury.
After discovering the glass, I contacted the store to report the issue. The manager advised me to return to the location, but when I arrived, she was not present. The night manager informed me that the issue was caused by a broken ice scooper, which had since been replaced.
While I appreciate that corrective action was taken, the larger concern remains: food and beverage safety must be a top priority at all times. Situations like this highlight the importance of strict quality control, proper equipment maintenance, and immediate hazard checks to prevent potential harm—especially to children and other vulnerable customers.
My primary concern is ensuring that incidents like this are taken seriously and that preventative measures are consistently enforced to protect everyone.

We had such a wonderful experience with this Chick-fil-A location! Their team was incredibly friendly, professional, and organized when helping us coordinate a catered lunch for our workforce development organization and nonprofit in Athens. We were hosting a solar installation bootcamp, and their support made a huge difference. The food was delicious, the service was seamless, and their partnership helped fuel our students so they could perform their best and stay energized while learning. To start off Chick-fil-a is one of my favorite places to eat. The costumer service is great in any location that I have attended. However, this time we made a big purchase and in one of a kids meal we found a long hair inside the nugget. My baby sister pointed out who is 2 years old. VERY DANGEROUS IF SHE WOULD HAVE ATE IT. Now me and family are scared to go back to eat at chick fil a!

Yesterday, we ordered through the drive-thru. The staff was friendly, but our order was incorrect. We ordered one spicy sandwich meal with unsweetened tea and one original sandwich. However, we received two spicy sandwiches and sweet tea instead.
This was disappointing, especially since this has happened before. Even though we repeated that we wanted unsweetened tea, it was still entered as sweet tea.
I hope the staff can listen more carefully to customers’ orders in the future.

Went through the drive thru and the lady who took the order seemed very “un- chick-fil-a” like. Was rude, didn’t care, and entered the order incorrectly. This is not the first time that this drive-thru has messed up my order and it probably won’t be the last. It’s a shame because I like the food and it is very convenient from where I live.

They are amazing and very nice. Customer service is exceptional. They mailed me a hand written note with some gift cards once because of an order issue. Seriously… who do you get a hand written note from these days? Chick-fil-a that’s who! We all could learn a few things from Chick-fil-a.

Stopped in for a large coffee, a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, and 4 chicken biscuits to go to bring back to the office. The order was completed to perfection. What I ordered is what I received. Moved through the line in a timely fashion. Coffee was great, and I definitely enjoyed my trips to Chick-fil-A. As far as I’m concerned, one of the better fast food restaurants

This is the only restaurant that makes me feel I’m in McDonalds it was better before with drive thru now it takes longer to get my food and Mobile thru it’s the slowest. And I never ever get a reward unfortunately my kids love this place and it’s the only one close to my house. But if could I would never buy anything here.

They block parking lot beside them to force people to use the drive through instead of paroling and coming it. The result is family’s have to park in the publix parking lot and cross the busy road. They should get sued if someone gets hit
