I ordered Taco Bell through Uber Eats, but it took a long time for them to find a driver and they ultimately couldn’t find one. Because of that, I changed my order to pickup. I arrived about 30 minutes before closing.
When I pulled up to the drive-through window, the employee who was a tall heavy set Caucasian male clearly saw me waiting. I waved to get his attention, and he even walked up to the window, but then acted like he didn’t see me and walked away in the opposite direction. After waiting with no acknowledgment, I had to call the store, and only then did he pick up after walking away from the window.
When I finally received my food, it was extremely cold and honestly disgusting. What bothered me even more was how unsanitary the drink preparation was. Before making my drink, he coughed directly into his hand and then wiped the lid of my cup with his shirt before filling it.
I was completely disgusted by the experience. Between the poor service, cold food, and lack of basic hygiene, I will never return to this Taco Bell location again.

We had a wonderful experience. The general manager was so sweet, smiling and funny. She truly made our day! Will definitely revisit this location. She truly seems to care about her employees and how they’re treated. Staff were awesome too. Smiling tells the story.

Went through drive-through got order all completely correct the gentleman at the drive-through window was very nice friendly. You could tell he has an attitude of taking his job seriously and treating people with respect. While my food was being prepared, had a short and brief conversation about how nice of a day it was.

Zeros across the board. Waiting in line 20 minutes only to be told that I had to get my mobile order inside even though I placed it as a drive thru order. Walked in only to be ignored by at least 5 employees. I can understand being busy but to not even be greeted is crazy customer service. Save yourself some time and frustration by going to the other Taco Bell a few miles down the road.

I showed up first thing in the morning and they told me the grills hadn’t heated all the way up and that there be a short wait. I said no problem. Because I had to wait they added a small bag of churros. Thanks TB!! Much more friendly and better customer service than the TB off 19/41

I didn’t catch the guys name but I think he was a cook, I was at the drive through and almost forgot an item and he went out of his way to make sure I didn’t drive off without it. Excellent service from him and everyone else at the drive thru

So this was very messed up here that low key yes funny if you see someone else happens to but dang. I ordered 2 chicken. Quesadillas and BOTH had just tortilla and chicken. No cheese. No sauce man… like I’m laugh crying right now from lack of sleep from 2 months of postpartum. Ya gurl needed a break and this was just leaving me here laugh crying cause dang

This place is disgusting . How do you have a manger run your business and is so rude. It is nothing to just give the food that is on menu I order. A grilled taco it was all broken up . Clearly Boone in here likes their job everyone and the entire staff was rude . All I ask her is could a change my order to something else she said no and told me to call the GM tomorrow. Clearly Taco Bell is 1 in desperation on employees or just does not pay well . This taco cost 3.79 and she would not let me credit it to a Mexican pizza .
Just rude for no reason at all .
Usually the manger is really nice and accommodating. I will definitely no be back here .

I would give 0 stars so last night I stopped by got food for dinner and the guy Damon was rude as hell the total for my order was 13.25 I gave him .25 cents in cash and told him the 13 off card what does he do takes the .25 and swipes my card take the whole amount off my card and when I went to circle around he got a attitude I cussed him out he said he was the general manager but I called the one on north expressway and she said he is not a general or district manager the general manager for Taylor street location is Mrs Janice and then when I asked the general manager of north expressway she said yes they do do split payment all he (Damon) had to do was do the change first then the card then when I called a few minutes ago I asked the name for the general manager they hung after they said why u need that like u scared u going to get in trouble or fired worst experience ever like why u want to take advantage of less fortunate people I hope u get fired all of yall from last night
