Horrible service, rude drive thru employee and cashier. Hot inside every time I come so had to get food to go. The chicken sandwiches had old gross brown lettuce. They don’t make the sandwiches good or use good ingredients. Threw away the sandwiches. Might as well throw away the whole Burger King.

Fast and friendly service, we were shopping in the area and decided to stop in. Good choice! They have the Dragon promotion going on and the burger and cheese sticks were good. The kids enjoyed their crowns and food.

Very upset with the meal I purchased last night. My fries were barely cooked, the color of them were bright white. No salt or anything they were so gross. The cheese in the mozzarella sticks were orange and hard as a rock, my dog wouldn’t even eat it. The wraps I purchased had hardly any veggies and was drenched in sauce. 40$ down the drain, this is not the first time too. I was literally the only person there at the time, there was no reason for this. The guy who handed me my order had food all over his mouth. I’m definitely contacting corporate, disgusting.

I am so upset right now. I asked for a large fry and since I was the only one in drive thru I was hoping to finally get fresh food… But no once again I’m officially done coming to this place. My order is always meat up or cold/old.

Came for lunch around 2:30pm no one else was in the drive thru. We pulled up to see the speaker covered with two old dirt notices that said no apple pay available and that they had no lettuce. We decided to order anyway. She answered us right away but we weren’t ready so we ask for a minute. It took her about 5 minutes before she returned to take our order. She did apologize for the wait and took payment. We checked our bag for correct items and got on the road. My son went to snack on the fries and they were cold. He went to bit into his impossible burger it was burnt. I’ve never seen him get so sad and his eyes weld up with tears. We decided to just not go there again. We loved Burger King but many of the locations have gone down in quality. Head to In and Out on Dysart they are always fresh and the employees always in a great mood.

Service sucked. Wait time was terrible. Food was cold. Was $51 for two adult meals and two kids meals. Will not be coming back to this location. Whoever owns this franchise location really needs to get involved. Wish I looked at reviews prior to coming here as they are overwhelmingly negative.

This is the empty counter at lunchtime when there are 6 people in line. They worry about the drive thru times but not the crowded dining room. Bad service, this place doesn’t seem to care about people’s time! If your in a hurry go through the drive through or you’ll wait forever just to order.

Number 8 I ordered was average at best. Fountain drink area was extremely dirty and garbage overflowing. My table I was sitting at was dirty and had yo be cleaned by me, and it was very stuffy inside like there was no cool air even though it sounded like it was on. There were flies at the front counter and where I was sitting. I did like that there was Coke Zero available here.
