Best Peoria spot for family fun! The 67th Ave crew is fast, the pizza’s fresh, and the games are a hit. Clean, lively, and consistently great service. Perfect for kids and birthday parties. The manager Tammy, the redhead , is also beautiful and amazing.

This location has been recently renovated. Everything is clean and functional. Servers were friendly. The games were fun. They have a Ghostbusters game, which was neat! Always love the classic Space Invaders shoot ‘em up too.

Very poor experience today with my family. I have 2 kids and come here often, enough so that purchasing the “Mega Fun Summer Pass” seemed like a given with the discounts and play time for the kids. We were there today having fun and ate some pizza. I have noticed they are getting extremely stingy with the bonus points and big payouts where they only had 25-50 token per impossible to win bonus payout. It’s gotten extremely sad how miniscule their token payouts have become. We spent most of the time playing a minion themed game where if you collect all 7 cards you win 500 tokens and you can get an instant win that pays out 500 as well. Individually these give 15 points. We had multiple sets and multiple instant wins that added up to 4000 tickets for the big prize me and my kids were striving for. When it was time to turn them in they denied all the tickets we earned from the cards and told us the sets were only worth 25 each and you needed an instant win included with the 7 in the set to win the bonus. This was very frustrating especially with the attitude and treatment we got from the staff. They were rude in their explanations and completely denied what was obviously represented on the machine itself. I left with my wife and kids but our friends who were with us stayed because we had also purchased a playpass and the kids stayed with them to play. The staff then proceeded to try and make them uncomfortable by hovering around them cleaning the table next to them multiple times getting uncomfortably close. Very stingy with their prizes and lousy customer service… It’s sad because my son really wanted to spend his birthday at Peter Piper Pizza this year too, I guess that’s not happening.

Let me count the ways this place sucked! So first we asked about a specific game so my son could play it for his birthday at this place. Was told where it was and after walking over to play found that it was OUT OF ORDER…but that’s not the only game that was! There were 3 out and by the time we left 5 we’re not working. They offered us 10 extra points to play MORE games….well, the ones that still worked that is! Would not recommend and will not return. Don’t waste your money at this location.

I ordered ahead, about an hour, and pizza was burnt and dried. I assume the made it right away and it sat in the heater/oven to keep warm. The manager was not very polite. Was just a little rude and snotty, I guess you can say. Was just disappointed.

Usually this place is very good. The pizza is great! I order online here quite frequently and I’m usually very happy with it. Tonight was a bit different. I go to pick up my pizza and it’s sitting at the front. The girl is helping a large family in front of me in the carry out/ order online area for a family checking In to eat inside. Maybe they were short staffed, who knows? That really didn’t bother me too much. What bothered me is all the staff members that were there with her could have easily came over to check online orders as I was not the only one waiting for my pizza as it just continued to sit in the pick up window way past done. Then another lady came up to ask where the online orders were at and she pointed towards the front warming area where the online pizzas sit ready and waiting. So we both proceed to go grab our pizzas, not realizing she meant we still had to wait for her to help us. When we did this she was rude and said “ please guys just wait for me to be with you”. We both acknowledged we misunderstood. Yes I was already bothered by waiting but I didn’t truly have a problem until she was rude. Do better! Online orders should be able to be picked up promptly, not sit there and get yucky. $20 for a pizza is a bit much to sit there and let it get dried out and gross

I bring my son here just to play games. He loves it. There is an associate by the name of KJ. Hes 17 years old and has some of the best customer service skills simply because he cares enough!! Everyone in retail could learn a lesson from this bright awesome kid. He made my experience so much better just simply by his energy and caring. We could all learn a thing or 2 from this kid. He is going places and I hope the management sees this and acknowledges him in the future

So disappointed after explaining over and over of our special needs child the manager was still very RUDE with my husband about helping out our special needs child.

!!!!!!!DEFINITELY NOT SPECIAL NEEDS FRIENDLY!!!!!!!!!!

That deserves no stars, that was so poor on that lady’s part! I spent over 100$ and was treated very rudely. Ended up leaving 30 mins into our experience. My niece didn’t get to use all her points, before we left disappointed. Again

!!! Not special needs friendly!!!
